We've added a new way for you to share feedback and request features. You can now submit ideas directly through our feedback portal — see what others are asking for, vote on the ones you care about, and get updates when your request moves forward.
How it works
You can access the feature request portal from three places:
Platform
Click on your name in the top right corner.
Select Submit feature request.
You'll be redirected to the feedback portal.
Extension
Click More in the bottom right corner of the extension.
In the Lusha Platform section, click Submit feature request.
You'll be redirected to the feedback portal.
Messenger
Click the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of the platform.
Scroll to the bottom of the messenger and select Submit a feature request.
You'll be redirected to the feedback portal.
How to submit your idea
Once you get to the feedback portal:
Start typing your idea in the search bar.
If a similar idea already exists, you can vote for it.
To submit something new, click Post a new idea.
Fill in a clear, descriptive title.
Select the most relevant category (e.g. Engage, Lists & Automation, API).
Add an optional longer description with details or use cases.
Click Post idea.
Once submitted, your idea will be reviewed by a moderator and you'll receive an email confirmation.
How to support an existing idea
You can support other users' ideas by voting to show it matters to you, or leaving a comment to add more context, use cases, or examples. Supporting existing ideas helps our team identify common needs across users.
How to change your profile information
If you'd like your posts to be anonymous, you can change your display name in settings.
