If you receive a "Log in" message in the Lusha plugin while on a profile page even though you are already logged in, please do the following:

Step 1:

Log out of your Lusha account and log back in.

To do so, click on your name in the top right corner of your Dashboard and select "Logout":

Step 2:

Try visiting a LinkedIn profile page to see if the Lusha plugin works properly.

If the issue was not resolved, please go to chrome://settings/cookies and make sure the "Block third party cookies in incognito" or "Allow all Cookies" option is turned on.

Step 3:

Login to Lusha using the plugin by clicking the following button:

You will be redirected to the Lusha Dashboard.

Once logged in you will be redirected back to LinkedIn.

Please refresh the page and enjoy using the Lusha plugin 😀

  1. Make sure the browser is up to date - chrome://settings/help (copy and paste to your browser and press Enter)
  2. If an update exists please close your Chrome browser completely and then reopen
  3. Login with your Lusha credentials to the Lusha plugin

🎈 In case the issue persists, please follow this last measure:

  1. Reset your browser to its default settings chrome://settings/reset (copy and paste to your browser and press Enter)
  2. Login with your Lusha credentials to the Lusha plugin
