The vision

One of our primary goals is to be fully integrated with your mission-critical sales tools through sales process automation.

We want to help you increase engagement, speed, and accuracy by enabling your sales representatives the ability to save contacts directly to Zoho and to be able to run your automation quickly and efficiently.

The challenge

We know that many SDRs typically do their outbound efforts outside of their productivity tools, but eventually return to CRMs such as Zoho to put their contacts in the right workflow.

The manual effort of copying data from the prospecting environments they are working on to their Zoho accounts is time-consuming and tedious, not to mention that it's prone to errors, as copied data is oftentimes incomplete.

This results in decreased productivity as well as a lack of proper business segmentation.

The solution: Lusha Push 2 Zoho

Lusha enables you to save a prospect to Zoho in one click.

You can choose to save it as lead or contact with all contact & company details.

The prospect’s contact and company details are copied to the appropriate fields in Zoho, so you can properly score your pipeline and have accurate segmentation for your business.

The value

By pushing the prospect’s data into Zoho in one click, Lusha allows you to focus on targeting more prospects, faster and better as well providing sales leaders with better visibility into your business segmentation.

How does it work

After connecting your Zoho account with Lusha, you will be able to save every "shown" contact directly to Zoho, either as a lead or as a contact (along with an account).

Lusha makes sure to keep your Zoho data clean by avoiding unnecessary duplicates.

Lusha searches for an existing record first and if it exists, it updates it.

If there isn’t an existing record, it creates it and assigns it directly to the sales rep who saved it. Additionally, it indicates that Lusha is the lead source, so that your lead assignment rules can relate to that appropriately.
