Usage analytics

Usage analytics enables admins and users to monitor their team’s Lusha credit activity, including top insights into team performance and Lusha usage, understand their teams’ needs better, how they are interacting with Lusha, make benchmarks for Lusha usage, and optimize credit allocation accordingly to reach KPIs.

Found on the Lusha dashboard, usage analytics includes the following main elements:

  • Usage overview

  • Credit usage breakdown

  • Revealed contacts top parameters

All of the insights in the dashboard can be filtered to show a specific time period or drill down to see individual users or groups. Read here about filtering the dashboard.

Usage overview

Credits used

The total number of credits used by any user or group of users over the past time period.

Saved contacts

The total number of contacts saved to a list or exported to a CRM by any user or group of users over the past time period. Useful tip - hover your mouse over the figure to see a breakdown of where the contacts were saved to.

Collected details

The total number of details (phone numbers and emails) collected by any user or group of users over the past time period. Useful tip - hover your mouse over the figure to see a breakdown of where contact detail types.

By Source

Breakdown of your consumption of Lusha credits by source - LinkedIn, Lusha’s Prospecting platform, etc., per day or per month depending on the time period selected. This helps you see which sources are bringing in the most successful leads.

By User

Breakdown of your consumption of Lusha credits by team member, per day or per month depending on the time period selected. Use this chart to better understand you and the team are utilizing Lusha credits.

Export credit usage

In order to export your credit usage, you will simply need to click on the export icon.
Once clicked a CSV file will be downloaded.

in the file, you will find the credit usage based on your filtered dashboard.

Revealed contacts top parameters

Revealed contact’s top parameters are your aggregated ideal customer!

This view is broken up into different parameters and shows per parameter the most popular value across all of your revealed contacts. For example, in the image above the most popular job title across all of the revealed contacts is “Chief Executive Officer”.
