What is Salesforce Data Enrichment?

Lusha’s Salesforce Data Enrichment (SFDE) automatically enriches your Salesforce CRM with contact and company info so you and your team can transform faulty and missing data into new business opportunities. Scale your business results with the most up-to-date and accurate CRM data enrichment.

Who is SFDE for?

  • This feature is only available for Scale accounts (Paid Add-on)

  • Salesforce as CRM

How it works:

Getting to SFDE:

  • Enter the Lusha Platform

  • If you don’t already have your Salesforce account connected with Lusha, do so by following these quick steps. It should only take a minute and is pretty simple :)

  • Don’t forget to map your fields correctly, either!

    • Best practices are

      1. Defining new Lusha fields in your Salesforce that are then mapped to Lusha emails and phone numbers

      2. Then, once you’re comfortable with Lusha’s data, you can allow it to override fields to ensure up-to-date and accurate data

SFDE Dashboard:

  • You will be presented with the dashboard of SFDE which shows you 3 main elements:

    • Recommended enrichments which are predefined templates that let you click and go in terms of streamlining workflows

    • A summary of all your total enrichments, broken down by accounts, contacts, and leads

    • An enrichment table that shows you all the current enrichments you are running in addition to past ones

Salesforce Data Enrichment Tour:

Admins can take a quick tour of Salesforce Data Enrichment which will guide them through the process with ease!

The onboarding template will automatically enrich a small portion of your data (max. 25 free credits).

Upon opening the Salesforce Data Enrichment feature for the first time, a tour window will appear.

You can restart the tour if you dismissed it. Please follow these steps:

> Click the 3 dots

> Select: Onboarding Template
