Why is my extension blank on Chrome?

How to fix a blank or grey Lusha extension on Chrome by adjusting your cookie settings.

If your Lusha extension is showing as blank or displaying only grey lines with no content, the cause is almost always a cookie setting in Chrome that's blocking the extension from loading.

Fix: Allow third-party cookies in Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and go to chrome://settings/cookies in your address bar.

  2. Check which option is currently selected under the general cookies setting.

  3. Select either Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito.

  4. Close and reopen Chrome, then visit a LinkedIn profile to test the extension.

πŸ’‘ Note: Lusha is a third-party app and requires third-party cookies to function. If cookies are fully blocked, the extension will appear blank.

If the issue persists

Try updating your extension to the latest version β€” see Update your Lusha extension for steps.
