If the Lusha extension is showing a Log in prompt even though you're already signed in, a cookie or browser session issue is usually the cause. Work through the fixes below in order.
Fix 1: Allow all cookies in Chrome
Go to chrome://settings/cookies in your Chrome address bar.
Make sure Allow all cookies is selected.
Refresh the LinkedIn page and try opening the extension again.
Fix 2: Sign in via the dashboard
Click the Lusha icon in your toolbar.
Click Log in - you'll be redirected to the Lusha dashboard.
Sign in with your Lusha credentials.
Return to LinkedIn and refresh the page.
Fix 3: Update and restart Chrome
Go to chrome://settings/help and install any available updates.
Fully close and reopen Chrome.
Sign in to the extension again with your Lusha credentials.
Fix 4: Reset Chrome settings
Go to chrome://settings/reset.
Click Restore settings to their original defaults and confirm.
Sign back in to the extension.
Fix 5: Restart your computer
If none of the above work, restart your computer and sign in to the extension again.
If the issue still isn't resolved, contact Lusha Support using the chat icon in your dashboard or email [email protected].
