If you've forgotten your Lusha password, you can reset it directly from the login page in a few steps.
How to reset your password
Go to the Lusha login page.
Click Forgot Password and enter your email address.
Check your inbox for a Reset Password email from Lusha. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Open the email and click the reset link to create a new password.
Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Why is the sign-in button greyed out?
This usually means the email field isn't filled in correctly. Make sure you've entered a complete email address in the format [email protected] before clicking Sign in.
Logging in via LinkedIn
If you use LinkedIn to log in and the sign-in button is greyed out, enter your full email address in the username field - this is required even when using LinkedIn as your login method.
Still having trouble?
Try clearing your browser cache and attempting to log in again.
Check that your email provider or organisation's firewall isn't blocking emails from Lusha.
