If you’ve forgotten your Lusha password or wish to reset it, you can do so directly from the login page. Additionally, login issues such as the sign-in button being greyed out or incorrect email format can also prevent access to your account. If you encounter issues with the reset process, refer to troubleshooting steps below to help resol

ve common problems such as not receiving the reset email or browser compatibility issues. Ensure that your email address is entered in the correct format (e.g., [email protected]) to avoid issues.

Step 1: Navigate to the login page.

Common Login Issues

  1. Sign-In Button Greyed Out: This can occur if the email field is not filled out correctly. Ensure you enter your full email address.

  2. Incorrect Email Format: Lusha requires a complete email address (e.g., [email protected]) to enable the sign-in button.

LinkedIn Login Issues

If you are logging in via LinkedIn and the sign-in button is greyed out, ensure you enter your full email address in the username field. This step is necessary even when using LinkedIn as a login method.

Step 2: Click on the "Forgot Password" button and enter your email address. Make sure to double-check your email address for accuracy and check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the reset email in your inbox. Ensure that you enter your full email address (e.g., [email protected]) to activate the sign-in button.

Additional Troubleshooting Steps

  • Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser cache can resolve login issues.

  • Contact Support: If the problem persists, reach out to Lusha’s support team for further assistance.

Step 3: You will receive a Reset Password email. Open the email and follow the instructions to reset your password. Ensure your email provider or organization's firewall settings do not block emails from Lusha.

Step 4: Return to the login page, enter your email address and updated password, and log in to your account. After logging in, review your account security settings and ensure your password follows strong security guidelines.
