Freezing your subscription pauses your Lusha plan for 1 or 2 months without cancelling it. Your data, saved contacts, and settings stay intact, and your plan reactivates automatically when the freeze period ends.
💡 Note: Freezing is only available on monthly plans. It is not available on annual plans. Only account Admins can freeze a subscription. You can freeze up to twice per year, with at least 3 months between each freeze.
What happens during a freeze
You won't be charged for the duration of the freeze.
Access to prospecting, data enrichment, and integrations is restricted while frozen.
All your saved contacts, searches, and team settings are preserved.
Your subscription resumes automatically at the end of the freeze period and billing restarts.
How to freeze your subscription
Log in to your Lusha dashboard.
Click your name in the top-right corner and go to Account Settings.
Go to the Payment & Subscription tab.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Click Continue cancel.
Select Freeze my subscription and choose the freeze duration — 1 or 2 months.
Review the reactivation date shown on screen.
Click Confirm Freeze.
How to unfreeze early
If you want to reactivate before the freeze period ends:
Go to Account Settings → Payment & Subscription.
Click Cancel freeze.
Your subscription resumes immediately and billing restarts from that date. Any unused credits will be available once your subscription is reactivated.
⚠️ Important: Freezing does not stop future billing permanently. If you want to stop all future payments, you must cancel your subscription instead. There is no option to cancel the renewal during the freeze period.
