Overview

If you need to temporarily pause your Lusha subscription without canceling, you have the option to freeze your account. This ensures your data and settings remain intact while your plan is on hold. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to freeze your subscription and what to expect during the freeze period.

What happens when you freeze your Lusha subscription?

  • No Charges During the Freeze: You won’t be billed for the duration of the freeze period.

  • Restricted Access to Lusha Features: While your account is on hold, you'll be able to use most Lusha’s services, including prospecting, data enrichment, and integrations.

  • Data and Settings Preservation: All your saved searches, contacts, and team settings will remain intact, so you can resume from where you left off when you unfreeze.

  • Subscription Reactivation: Once the freeze period ends, your subscription will automatically reactivate, and billing will resume based on your previous plan.

How it works

💡 Note: Freezing your subscription is only available to paying users.

To freeze your Lusha subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log Into Your Account; Go to Lusha’s website and log in using your credentials.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Billing & Subscription from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the Subscription section, look for the option to Pause or Freeze Your Account.

    • If you don’t see this option, contact Lusha’s support team for assistance

  4. Select the Freeze Duration - Choose how long you’d like to freeze your account. Lusha may offer different freeze periods (Currently, you can select to freeze your subscription for 1 or 2 months).

  5. Before proceeding, carefully review the details of your freeze, including when your subscription will automatically reactivate.

  6. Click Confirm Freeze to finalize the process.


How to Unfreeze Your Subscription

If you want to reactivate your Lusha subscription before the freeze period expires:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Billing & Subscription.

  3. Click on Reactivate Subscription.

  4. Your subscription will resume immediately, and billing will restart from that date.

  • Any unused credits will remain in your account and will be available once your subscription is reactivated.

💡 Note: If you don’t manually unfreeze your subscription, it will automatically resume at the end of the selected freeze period.

Limitations

  • Freezing is only available for a limited duration (1 or 2 months) - after which your subscription will automatically reactivate and billing will resume.

  • Only the account admin can request a freeze.

  • Freezing your subscription does not cancel future billing permanently—if you want to stop future payments completely, you must cancel your subscription instead.

  • Freeze your subscription can be done twice per year, with a required gap of 3 months between each freeze.
