Overview
Managing contact lists efficiently is crucial for any business, but it's equally important to ensure that certain contacts are protected from unintended actions.
In this article, we will explore the nuances of excluding specific contacts from bulk show actions to maintain data integrity and precision in your outreach efforts.
If you perform a bulk show action and receive only partial results, you come to the right place!
DNC (Do Not Call)
The "Do Not Call" services were created to stop unsolicited telemarketers' calls to a home or cell phone number for those who requested to avoid them.
Lusha provides this feature as a one-stop shop experience where they can prospect for the desired leads and know if they are registered in the applicable DNC list, instead of manually checking each list (or by using additional third-party vendors).
This means that if you are performing a bulk show action within the prospecting platform and not getting all the results.
It is possible the admin of your account has activated the DNC feature which excludes the contacts that are under the DNC service.

Contacts already existing in Salesforce - Salesforce Indicator
Based on your account settings, Salesforce's prospecting indicator ensures accurate prospect lists and effective prospecting by preventing duplicate company and contact information.
During bulk show actions, Salesforce-indicated contact details will not be shown or credited. In this way, duplicate contacts are prevented and inaccurate lists are avoided.
This can result in a gap between the number of results.

Restricted contacts for free and trial users
Free users and trial users will not be able to prospect Illinois contacts in cross-Lusha products (Prospecting and Extension) due to compliance reasons.
The prospect’s information will be blurred, and the “show details” button and checkbox will be disabled.
If you are on trial (during a demo) and have partial results when performing bulk actions, this might be due to the restricted contacts policy.
