Prospecting now has a Salesforce indicator designed to prevent company and contact duplication, ensuring accurate prospects lists and effective prospecting experience.

How does it work?

  • This feature requires Salesforce integration on your computer. Click here to learn how to set up your Salesforce integration. If you already have Salesforce integration skip to the next step.

  • If you search for an already-existing Salesforce contact or company, a Salesforce icon (blue cloud) appears next to its name, preventing duplication.

How to exclude Salesforce contacts from bulk show

You can now exclude Salesforce contacts from bulk show actions to optimize prospecting workflows and avoid time wasted on duplicate lists.

First, the account admin must turn ON Salesforce configuration in the account settings. When done, it will affect all account users.

  • During bulk show actions performed by the account users , Salesforce-indicated contacts details will not be shown or credited. In this way, duplicate contacts are prevented and inaccurate lists are avoided.

The contacts will now be categorized as Salesforce existing contacts and will be removed from your list without affecting your credit consumption.

๐Ÿ’ก There is a daily API quota for each account, and once reached - the SF indication and exclude SF contacts functions will be disabled until the next day (when the API quota is renewed).

In order to set your API limit, please go to Integrations > Salesforce > manage > API request limits.
