Company Bulk Search lets you search for multiple companies at once by entering names or URLs directly, or by uploading a CSV file. It's a fast way to prospect multiple target accounts in a single search instead of looking them up one at a time.
💡 Note: The number of companies you can upload depends on your plan. Scale plan users (Workspace & Prospecting) can upload up to 10,000 companies per bulk search. All other plans can upload up to 1000 companies.
How to run a bulk company search
Click the Search tab in the left dashboard menu.
Switch to the Companies tab, or click Companies on the search bar.
3. Click on the Company name filter to open it.
4. Click Bulk search companies to open the dedicated search box.
5. Either type company names or URLs, or upload a CSV file containing one column of company names or URLs.
💡 Note: If uploading a CSV, make sure it contains only one column. If your first row is a header, check the box to indicate this before uploading.
6. Click View Results to see your matched companies with the most up-to-date information.
From the results, you can reveal contacts, save companies to lists, export to CSV, or push data directly to your CRM.
