Overview

This guide will show you how to use the Lusha Extension on LinkedIn to find and save prospects.

Before getting started, make sure to download the extension via Chrome or Microsoft Edge (our recommended browsers). Note that full functionality is not supported on Safari.

Once installed, you’re ready to start using the Lusha Extension on LinkedIn’s search results and profile pages 🚀

💡 Note: You’ll need a Lusha account to use the extension.

How it works

Log in to your Lusha account using your username and password

Go to LinkedIn and log in to your account and type in the name of the contact you’re searching for and head to their profile.

Click on the blue Lusha icon on the right side to open the Lusha Extension:

If available, the job change indicator on the Lusha plugin will indicate if a user has recently moved jobs.

Prospect on Linkedin

Lusha's Extension allows you to search for and retrieve prospect details from LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or the Lusha database.

Access in-depth information on specific companies or contacts, add contacts to sequences, gain insights into companies, and see a contact's colleagues.

These features empower you to identify and engage with the right prospects, helping to drive business growth.

Lusha's plugin is working on a user's profile, a general search page, or a company page on LinkedIn.

Lusha displays detailed information such as company industry, specialties, revenue, intent score, and more.

💡 Note: Displayed data depends on your subscription plan.

From here, you can reveal contact details and take various actions such as saving to lists, adding to sequences, or exporting to CRMs.

Save to a list

  1. Reveal the contact’s details.

  2. Click “List”.

  3. Choose a destination list or create a new one.

  4. (Optional) Add a tag for better organization.

  5. Click “Save.”

Export to CRM

Besides saving the contact to a list, it can be exported to one or more of your CRM integrations.

After revealing contact details:

  1. Click “CRM.”

  2. Choose your connected CRM.

  3. Select where to export the contact (e.g., lead, contact, or sequence).

Example: A contact exported to Salesforce under Contacts.

Add to a sequence

Add individual or bulk contacts (up to 150) from the Lusha Extension to Lusha Engage.

  • Otherwise, select an existing draft or live sequence.

💡 Note: Contacts without emails can’t be added to sequences, even if manually edited (“Wishlist contacts”).
