Overview

Contact Lists are designed to help you save and manage revealed contacts effortlessly. With the newly unified experience, Contact Lists now live alongside Company Lists, giving you a single space to organize all your prospects.

Whether you’re saving a single contact or bulk-saving many, Contact Lists make it easy to keep your pipeline organized and relevant to your sales goals.

Use Cases

  • Lead Nurturing: Organize contacts by stage in the sales funnel for targeted follow-ups.

  • Campaign Tracking: Save contacts related to specific campaigns or events for easy tracking and engagement.

  • Territory Management: Group contacts geographically to align with regional strategies.

  • Pipeline Optimization: Regularly refine your lists to focus on high-potential contacts.

How it works - Create a List

Option 1: From the Prospect Search

  1. In your Lusha account, go to the Prospect Search tab in the upper-left corner to begin prospecting.

  2. Click Show Details to view a contact’s full information.

  3. Click the List button.

  4. From the dropdown menu, choose an existing list or create a new one by entering a list name.

  5. You can also save revealed contacts from the Lusha Plugin using the List button—follow the same steps as above to add them to a list.

Option 2: From the Lists Panel

  1. In the side navigation panel, click the “+” sign next to the Lists section.

  2. Select Contact List.

  3. Name your new list and set its visibility:

Public: Visible and editable by all team members

Private: Visible only to you and account admins

  4. Once your list is created, begin prospecting and saving contacts directly to your newly created list.

Bulk Save Contacts To Lists

You can quickly save multiple contacts from Prospecting into your Lusha Lists with just a few clicks.

How to Bulk Save Contacts

  1. In the Prospect Search view, select the checkboxes next to the contacts you want to save.

  2. Click the Add to List button.

  3. Once completed, you’ll see a confirmation screen to verify that your contacts were saved successfully.

Saving Limits by Plan

Depending on your subscription plan, you can save:

  • Up to 50 contacts at a time on the Professional plan

  • Up to 150 contacts on the Premium plan

  • Up to 5,000 contacts on the Scale plan

If you’re saving more than 150 contacts, you’ll see a progress indicator. Once the process finishes, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a direct link to access your list. You can also find your lists anytime in the left-side navigation panel under Contact Lists.

💡 Notes:

  • You can save contacts to multiple lists.

  • Tag updates to a contact will appear across all lists where that contact exists.

  • Adding a contact from one list to another will duplicate the contact in the new list. It does not move or remove it from the original list.

Saving Unshown Contacts

You can save contacts to your lists without revealing their details first. This allows you to:

  • Build and organize contact lists more efficiently

  • Save credits by revealing details only when needed

  • Prospect faster by saving multiple contacts in one go

Saved contacts can be accessed anytime from the Contact Lists section in the left-side navigation panel. When you’re ready to engage, simply reveal their details.

💡 Notes:

  • Saving unshown contacts does not use any credits.

  • This feature is currently supported only on the Prospecting (Search) platform.
