How it works - Create a List
Option 1
In your Lusha account, go to the Prospect Search tab located in the upper-left corner of your screen to begin prospecting.
Click on 'Show Details' to view contact information.
Select the 'List' Button.
From the menu, you can either choose an existing list or create a new one by typing its name.
You can also save the revealed contacts from the Plugin by clicking the list button and then following Step 4 mentioned earlier.
Option 2
Click on the “+” sign in the Lists section of the side navigation panel.
2. Select “Contact list”.
3. Name your new list and start prospecting and revealing contacts.
4. Save your shown contact to your lists.
Bulk Save Contacts
In Prospecting, you can bulk-save contacts directly to Lusha or one of our CRM integrations.
After revealing your desired contacts, select them.
Choose where you'd like to save them:
List
Engage - Add contacts to a sequence
Once done, you'll see a confirmation screen indicating your action has succeeded.
Saving Capabilities
The saving action can be done in groups of 50 contacts on our Professional plans, 150 contacts on our Premium plans, and up to 5,000 contacts on our Scale plans!
When saving more than 150 contacts, you'll see an indication that the process is in progress. Once completed, you'll receive an email notification and can access the lists from the left-side navigation bar under "Contact Lists" or directly through the email.
💡 Note: If you are the contact owner (the first to press 'Show Details'), you can save the contact to multiple lists. Any tag updates or manual edits will be reflected across all lists.
The 'Save to' action duplicates the contact in a new list rather than moving it.
Saving un-shown contacts
We now offer the ability to save contacts directly to your list without needing to reveal their details first.
This feature allows you to quickly build and organize your contact lists while preserving credits, as details are only revealed when necessary.
It streamlines the prospecting process, making it easier to save multiple contacts at once and revisit them later when you're ready to engage.
You can access your saved contacts anytime from the "Contact Lists" section in the left-side navigation bar, and show their details when needed.
Saving an un-shown contacts won't deduct any credits. Credits are only used when you reveal the contact's details.
💡 Please note that saving contacts without showing their details is supported only on our Prospecting (Search) platform.
