We're moving from classic lists to Workspace Tables to give you a more flexible, AI-powered way to manage prospects. All accounts will be fully transitioned by May 2026. More information here.
Contact Lists let you save and organise revealed contacts into named groups, making it easy to manage your pipeline and prioritise outreach. Lists live in the left-hand navigation panel alongside Company Lists.
How to create a list and save contacts
From Lusha Search
Go to Prospect Search in the left navigation.
Click Show details on the contacts you want to save.
Click List, then choose an existing list or enter a new list name.
Set the visibility: Public (visible and editable by all team members) or Private (visible only to you and Admins).
Click Save.
Bulk saving contacts
In Prospect Search, tick the checkboxes next to the contacts you want.
Click Add to list.
Select an existing list or create a new one.
For large saves you'll receive an email confirmation. Find your lists at any time from the left navigation panel under Contact Lists.
Bulk save limits by plan: Free / Starter: 25 contacts | Pro: 50 | Premium: 150 | Scale: 5,000.
๐ก Note: You can save contacts to multiple lists. Tag updates apply across all lists the contact belongs to. Adding a contact to a second list creates a copy โ it does not remove them from the original.
Saving contacts without revealing them
You can add contacts to a list before revealing their details. This saves credits until you're ready to engage. Select the contacts and click Add to list โ no reveal required.
๐ก Note: Saving unrevealed contacts does not use any credits. This feature is only available in Lusha Search.
Actions you can take from a list
Select up to 150 contacts in any list to access bulk actions:
Add to another list โ copy contacts to a different list
Export to CRM โ up to 150 contacts to Salesforce, 100 to HubSpot, 25 to other CRMs
Add to sequence โ enrol contacts in a Lusha Engage sequence
Export to CSV โ download selected contacts as a file
Exporting your list
Export selected contacts
Tick the boxes next to the contacts you want (up to 150 at a time).
Click Export to CSV. The file downloads immediately.
Export the entire list
In the left panel, hover over the list name.
Click the three-dot (โฎ) menu and select Export to CSV.
A download link will be emailed to you and stays active for 24 hours.
๐ก Note: When exporting your CSV, you will have the option to include unshown contacts from your table.
Searching and filtering your lists
Use the search bar at the top of the Lists panel to find a list by name. Use the filter icon to show only your own lists.
Inside a list, use the search bar to find contacts by name. Use the filters to narrow by reveal status (Shown / Unshown), time added, or tag.
Managing your lists
Click the three-dot (โฎ) menu next to any list to rename, archive, delete, or export it.
๐ก Note: Lists not used in the past 3 months are archived automatically. Use the menu to access archived lists.
The All Contacts list
The All Contacts list includes every contact for which you've clicked Show details, even if they haven't been saved to a specific list. It shows the contact name, data points revealed, company name, who revealed the contact, and any tags or lists they belong to.
