Overview

Automated Usage Reports allow you to keep track of your team's activity and credit usage effortlessly. These reports are sent directly to your email, providing a convenient summary of your account’s performance without needing to log in to the platform.

Use Case

This feature is especially helpful for:

  • Team Managers: Stay informed about how team members are utilizing credits to ensure fair and efficient distribution.

  • Account Admins: Quickly identify credit consumption trends and assess whether additional credits or plan adjustments are needed.

  • Finance Teams: Use the data to align usage metrics with your organization’s budget and operational goals.

How it works

Enabling the Usage report can be done by toggling on the 'Usage reports activation' under the Account Settings > Report Setting.

💡 Note: Only admins have access to set automatic reports.

Next, Choose your preferred report frequency:

  • Weekly: Summarizes activity from Monday to Friday.

  • Monthly: Provides an overview of the calendar month.

Add recipients in the text box at the bottom of the page. At the moment, you can choose up to 5 recipients, from your account or outside the account.

Click 'Save' to apply your report preferences.

Done! Your report will be sent to your email according to the settings you set. This report can also be downloaded directly from Lusha Analytics.
