Overview

Lusha’s Analytics Dashboard has been redesigned to give you clearer, deeper insights into how you and your team use the platform—so you can make smarter, data-backed decisions.

Whether you're an admin tracking team performance or a user looking to stay focused and productive, Analytics 3.0 puts the most important usage data at your fingertips.

Key Figures in the Dashboard

Filters at the Top

Easily control what you’re seeing:

  • Time Range – You can now analyze data across custom date ranges up to 2 years, with multiple granularity options: Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly views.

  • Quick toggles to zoom in on recent trends or analyze long-term patterns

  • User View – Switch between your own activity or your full team (admins only)

  • Group View – Filter by teams or departments (if groups are defined in your account)

Contacts / Companies Revealed

See the total number of contacts / companies where at least one data point (e.g., email or phone) was revealed. This gives you a quick sense of your prospecting volume.

Saved Contacts

Track how many of your revealed contacts were actually saved to CRM or to a non-default list in Lusha. A great way to understand how much of your activity turned into pipeline-ready leads.

Credit Usage

Visualize how your credits are being used over time. The chart supports multiple granularities—daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly—and includes:

  • Pie charts by source (e.g., Chrome Extension, Lists, LinkedIn)

  • Breakdown by users (admins only)

Team Engagement (Relevant for admins only)

See who’s most active on your team. This widget helps you:
