Overview

Usage analytics enables you to monitor your team’s Lusha credit usage better. This includes top insights into team performance and Lusha usage. You will be able to understand your teams’ needs better and how they are interacting with Lusha. You can make benchmarks for Lusha usage, and optimize credit allocation accordingly to reach KPIs.

All of the insights in the dashboard can be filtered to show a specific time period or break the information down to see individual users or groups.

Collected details

See how many credits were used, on which platforms the contacts are saved, and how much data was collected with your Lusha credits.

The total number of contacts saved to a list or exported to a CRM by any user or group of users over a specific time period.

Useful tip - hover your mouse over the figure to see a breakdown of where the contacts were saved to.

Credit usage

Overview

Chart showing your consumption of Lusha credits over time, per day, or per month depending on the time period selected.

By Source

Breakdown of your consumption of Lusha credits by source - LinkedIn, Lusha’s Prospecting platform, etc., per day or per month depending on the time period selected. This helps you see which sources are bringing in the most successful leads.

By User

Breakdown of consumption of Lusha credits by team members (up to 50 users), per day or per month depending on the time period selected. Use this chart to better understand how the team is utilizing Lusha credits.

💡Tip: Create a report for each group of users instead of doing it one by one (for reports with 50 or more users).

Export credit usage

In order to export your credit usage, you will simply need to click on the export icon.
Once clicked, a CSV file will be downloaded.

in the file, you will find the credit usage based on your filtered dashboard.


Revealed contacts' top parameters

This view is broken up into different parameters and shows per parameter the most popular value across all of your revealed contacts. For example, in the image above the most popular job title across all of the revealed contacts is “Chief Executive Officer”.
