These recommendations appear in the new Home Screen experience and are refreshed daily to keep your pipeline filled with fresh, relevant prospects.

Daily Updates
Recommendations are refreshed daily, ensuring they remain relevant and tailored to your evolving sales goals.
CRM-based recommendations will be accessible in the new ‘Home’ screen.
How to connect your CRM
For Admins:
Go to the Home screen and click “Connect CRM” on the CRM-based recommendation widget.
In the pop-up window, select Salesforce as your integration.
Provide consent and complete the connection process.
Within 24 hours, CRM-based recommendations will be available to all users in your account—no further action needed.
For Non-Admins:
Click “Connect CRM” from the Home screen.
Select Salesforce as your CRM.
You’ll see a message saying: “Contact Your Admin” with the names and emails of your account admins.
Reach out to your admin and ask them to complete the integration.
How to enable CRM recommendations if CRM is connected
For Admins:
Go to the Home screen and click “Enable” on the CRM-based recommendation widget.
The recommendations will become available to all users in the account within a few seconds.
For Non-Admins:
From the Home screen, click “Enable” on the CRM-based recommendation widget.
You’ll see a message saying “Contact Your Admin” along with a list of admins in your account.
Reach out to one of your admins to enable CRM-based recommendations for the team.
How to disable CRM-based recommendations
Disconnect the CRM integration
Admins can disconnect the CRM at any time. Once disconnected, Lusha will stop accessing CRM data, and CRM-based recommendations will no longer be available for any user in the account.
Request removal via Support
CRM-based recommendations can also be disabled for individual users upon request. The request must come from an admin and be submitted through Lusha Support.

A: Once your admin connects your CRM from the homepage or provides consent from the homepage. Our AI engine identifies lookalikes in the data and suggests similar high-potential leads. These recommendations update daily and require no manual effort.
Q: What CRM platforms are supported?
A: Currently, CRM-based recommendations are available for Salesforce integrations only.
Q: How often do the recommendations update?
A: They refresh daily, incorporating recent activity to ensure your lead list stays relevant and aligned with your workflow.
Q: What data from my CRM is used?
A: We use high-level opportunity data without accessing sensitive details such as revenue.
Q: Is it secure?
A: Yes. Your CRM data is read securely, never shared, and never used to train any AI models. Our recommendations rely on similarity matching and lookalike logic, rather than training. Your data stays private and under your control, and only admins can connect or disconnect your CRM. If we ever introduce training-based features in the future, you’ll have clear opt-out options.
