Subscribe to Search

How to subscribe to a Lusha prospecting search and automatically receive new matching contacts or companies on a daily or weekly basis.

Written by Einat Bechor

With Subscribe to Search, you no longer need to rerun the same prospecting searches over and over again. Subscribe to any saved search and get notified whenever new contacts or companies match your criteria — new results are added directly to a list of your choice, so your pipeline grows even when you're not actively searching.

Use cases

Subscribe to Search is perfect if you want to be proactively updated on changes in your market or target audience:

Your search returns zero results — for now

Example: You've filtered your ICP tightly (e.g., VP Marketing at Series B companies using HubSpot), and no results show up today.

Instead of checking back every few days, subscribe once and we'll send you new matches as soon as they appear.

Your search returns too many results

Example: You get 1,000+ contacts, but only want 10–25 per week to stay focused.

Subscribe and control the volume and cadence of incoming leads — daily or weekly, in manageable batches.

You want to keep your CRM or sequences fresh

Use Subscribe to Search to automatically feed new contacts into specific lists connected to your CRM or sequence logic.

You're scaling outbound efforts

Give each rep their own live stream of new contacts based on their territory or vertical. No more repeated searches or missed leads.

How to subscribe to a search

  1. Perform a prospecting search — go to the Prospecting tab, set your filters (industry, job title, location, intent signals, etc.) just like you usually do.

  2. Click Subscribe — if your search qualifies, you'll see a "Subscribe" button at the top of the results. If there are no current results, the button will be disabled with a tooltip. Simply adjust your filters or save for later.

  3. Set preferences — a side panel will open where you can configure:

    • Delivery frequency – Daily or weekly

    • Max number of leads per update – (e.g., 10, 25, 50, etc.)

    • Destination list – Select an existing list or create a new one

    • Subscription name – Customize or use the auto-generated one

  4. Save and activate — click Create. You're now subscribed. Lusha will scan for new matching leads based on your saved filters and send them straight to your list.

  5. See what's new — you'll see a green indicator next to each newly added contact or company. A "Live" icon will also appear next to any list that's actively receiving updates from a subscription.

  6. Manage your subscriptions — head to the Manage Subscriptions panel in Prospecting to view and edit active subscriptions, pause or delete them, and adjust limits and list settings.

You'll also see live indicators in any list receiving contacts via a subscription.

FAQs

What is "Subscribe to Search"?

Subscribe to Search is an automation feature that allows you to save any prospecting search and receive updates when top matching contacts or companies fit your criteria. Instead of running the same search repeatedly, you'll receive daily or weekly updates with top-ranked results, directly to the list of your choice.

How often will I get updates?

You can choose to receive updates daily or weekly when setting up your subscription.

Where will I see the new results?

New leads from your subscribed searches will be automatically saved to the list you selected when creating the subscription.

Can I manage or edit my subscriptions?

Yes. Go to the "My Subscriptions" section where you can view all active subscriptions, pause or delete any subscription, and sync preferences.

How many searches can I subscribe to?

Each user can subscribe to up to 5 searches.

Will I be charged credits for these results?

No. Credits are only consumed when you choose to reveal contacts that were added to your list via a subscription. Simply receiving results does not consume credits.

Can I use Subscribe to Search with CRM auto-sync?

Yes. When paired with Lusha Auto-CRM, subscribed search results are automatically pushed to your CRM — no manual action required.

How is this different from saved searches?

Saved Searches require you to manually return and check for new results. Subscribed Searches actively monitor and push top leads to you, without the need to log in or re-run anything.
