Overview

The Lusha integration lets you automatically enrich your monday.com boards with verified contact and company data. This helps you keep your CRM and workflows up to date — without manual work.

1. Prepare Your Board

Before you set up the integration, make sure your monday.com board has the right columns to store enriched data.

For Company Enrichment, the available enrichments are:

  • Address

  • Categories

  • Description

  • Founded

  • Funding

  • Industry

  • Number of Employees

  • Revenue

  • Specialities

For Contact Enrichment, the available enrichments are:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Job Title

  • Seniority

  • Department

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Company Name

  • City

  • State

  • Country

2. Add the Integration

  1. Go to your monday.com workspace board or CRM.

  2. Click Integrations at the top.

  3. Search for Lusha in the marketplace.

  4. Choose the integration you need:

    • Contact Enrichment – for enriching people’s details (emails, phones, job titles, etc.)

    • Company Enrichment – for enriching company details (industry, size, revenue, etc.)

3. Set Up the Integration

Once you select an integration, you’ll see a one-liner setup with placeholders to configure.

Contact Enrichment One-Liner

“When a new row is added or the LinkedIn URL in the ___ column changes, enrich the row with Lusha contact data using API key ___. Enrich ___ and ___ columns. If a column already has data, ___.”

  • LinkedIn URL Column → choose the column that holds the contact’s LinkedIn profile.

  • API Key → connect your Lusha API key (or create an account to get one).

  • Enrich Scope → choose whether to enrich all rows, or only new/updated rows.

  • Mapped Columns → pick which contact fields to enrich (email, phone, job title, etc.).

  • Overwrite Handling → decide if existing data should be skipped or overwritten.

Company Enrichment One-Liner

“When a new row is added or the company name in the ___ column changes, use API key ___ to enrich ___ and ___ columns with Lusha data. If a column already has data, ___.”

  • Company Column → choose the column that holds the company name.

  • API Key → connect your Lusha API key.

  • Enrich Scope → choose whether to enrich all rows, or only new/updated rows.

  • Mapped Columns → pick which company fields to enrich (industry, size, website, etc.).

  • Overwrite Handling → decide if existing data should be skipped or overwritten.

4. Connect Your Lusha API Key

When prompted, you’ll see the Connect API Key page.

How it works:

  • This key securely connects your monday.com board to Lusha.

  • It is used whenever your automation runs to fetch verified contact or company data.

  • It is safely stored and only used for enrichment requests.

Paste your API key, or create a Lusha account to get one.

5. Start Enriching

Once setup is complete:

  • Rows will automatically enrich whenever the trigger happens (new row added or column updated).

  • You can also manually trigger enrichment by updating a row with a LinkedIn URL (for contacts) or company name (for companies).

That’s it - your monday.com board now stays enriched with verified Lusha data, automatically.
