Overview

Admins can now set an idle session timeout for their account members.

An idle session is when the user hasn't performed any actions for some time while his device's memory and other resources are still being used.

How to set an Inactivity timeout

  1. Log in to your Lusha dashboard and tap your name.

  2. Go to the Account & Settings tab and select Account Settings.

  3. Click the dropdown menu to select the timeframe you wish to define. You can select: days, hours, and minutes

  4. Click Save.

πŸ’‘ This capability helps admins protect their sensitive company data and add another layer of security for users who work on non-company devices.

When the custom session expires, the account users will no longer be able to interact with the Authorization Server and will be logged out of Lusha.

FAQs βš’οΈ

Q: What happens when the session times out?

A: The user will be logged out of Lusha, and will simply need to sign in again to continue using the platform.

A: Yes, you can optionally customize your timeout limit to a maximum of 30 days, 24 hours, or 60 minutes.
