Lusha’s ‘Alerts’ empower Sales & Marketing teams to Identify high-intent prospects engaging with relevant topics or adopting new technologies, and Prioritize outreach efforts based on real-time actionable insights, improving CVR and efficiency.
💡 Note: This feature is available only to Companies lists at the moment.

How it Works
Start a company search within the Prospecting Platform
Save your companies to a company list or choose an existing list
On your list, click on the “Create Alert” button at the top right panel to set up your customized automation alerts.
4. Choose between “Buyer Intent” and “Technology Changes”.
Buyer Intent: Generates an alert for every company where a change in buyer intent is detected.
Technology Changes: Triggers an alert for any company that has updated its technology, based on the technology interests/stack you’ve defined when setting up the alert.
5. Choose the topics you’re interested in being alerted to and desired criteria;
When choosing “Intent Alerts “
First, add the Intent topics you would like to be alerted on.
Select one of the 2 criteria:
When at least one selected topic is detected.
When at least X selected topics are met. Make sure to select the number of topics you would like to set.
If wanted, you can tick the lower box to receive weekly email summaries in addition to in-app alerts.
When choosing “Technology Changes”:
First, select the technologies you would like to be alerted for.
Then, select your criteria:
Newly detected technologies - Indicates when a company adds a new technology to its stack.
Removed technologies - Indicates when a company removes a technology from its stack
All technology changes - Covers all updates, including additions and removals within a company's technology stack.
If wanted, you can tick the lower box to receive weekly email summaries in addition to in-app alerts.
6. After the first alert is created, the button changes to an “Alerts” button, displaying the number of active alerts associated with this list.
You can choose to add a new Alert to the list.
Or, Manage your alerts:
Toggle off or on to activate your alerts.
Make changes to your alerts by pressing the pencil icon
Add more alerts to your list
💡 Note: Free users can create several types of alerts on one list only!
In case a Free user is willing to create an alert on another list, the existing activated alert must be deactivated first.
7. When updates are detected (e.g., "Intent" or "Technology Changes"), a pop-up notification will appear. Additionally:
Companies with triggered alerts will be marked with an indication in the company list.
Clicking on a company's name will display the alert details in the right-hand side panel under the "Key Factors for Reaching Out" section, providing the reason for the alert.
In addition, If desired, you can check the box at the bottom before finalizing your alert setup to receive weekly email summaries along with in-app alerts.
