Enrich Google Sheets contacts using Zapier and Lusha

How to set up a Zap that automatically finds email addresses or phone numbers for new contacts added to a Google Sheet using Lusha.

If you have a list of contacts in Google Sheets but are missing their email addresses or phone numbers, you can use Zapier to enrich them automatically with Lusha. Whenever a new row is added to your sheet, Zapier triggers Lusha to look up the contact and writes the results back to the sheet.

πŸ’‘ Note: This integration only enriches new rows added after the Zap is turned on. Existing rows in your sheet will not be updated retroactively.

What you need

  • A Zapier account (paid plan required)

  • A Lusha API key β€” available at dashboard.lusha.com/api (Admins and Managers only)

  • A Google Sheets file with separate columns for first name, last name, and company name or domain

How it works

  1. Trigger β€” A new row is added to your Google Sheet.

  2. Action β€” Lusha looks up the contact using the name and company.

  3. Update β€” Zapier writes the enriched email address or phone number back to the row.

For the full step-by-step setup guide, see Step-by-step guide: integrate Google Sheets and Lusha.

You're all set β€” once your Zap is live, new contacts in your sheet will be automatically enriched with Lusha data.
