Our community members help keep Lusha’s database accurate and up-to-date by sharing their professional network’s contact details in exchange for extra credits.
Users who have joined the community and connected their email successfully will be granted one-time 200 credits and an additional 150 credits every month on every new credit cycle (Including the free credits each free account is eligible for).
💡 Only free users can join Lusha's community
💡 Note:
Credits will not be rolled over from cycle to cycle.
It can take up to 48 hours to receive community credits.
More importantly, the community members will benefit from the 'Lusha over calendar' feature.
How does Lusha’s community edition work?
Once a community user agrees to our Code of Conduct and connects his email account, Lusha will synchronize their business email with our database.
Join Lusha Community
In order to join our community, you need to follow the next steps:
From your Dashboard
Go to your Lusha Dashboard, and click on your name and choose "Get free credits".
You'll be directed to the Community page. Continue by pressing "Get your credits now!"
We’ll check your email suitability and will let you know as soon as the check is complete (should take up to 48 hours).
From Lusha extension
Click on "Join the community" at the bottom of the extension".
💡 Note: Users can join via the extension only after revealing at least one contact.
Once you've reached the community page, you will need to follow 2 simple steps in order to complete the process and become a member of our community.
Step 1: Accept the Community Terms of Service
💡 Note: Without accepting the terms, you won't be able to join Lusha's community.
Step 2: Select an account to join.
It is possible to sign up using an Outlook account or a Gmail account.

We will process your application and it can take up to 48 hours. We will inform you via email and the dashboard.
Once joined, the extra credits will be reflected on your credit balance for up to 48 hours. (Please note the credits will not be rolled over from cycle to cycle, and will replace your existing free credits).
All you have to do now is search for prospects and enjoy the benefit of accurate and comprehensive data!
Regretted and you would like to leave?
In order to cancel your data contribution to Lusha’s community, you can follow a few simple steps:
On your Dashboard, click on your name and press on the "Explore Community" tab.
Then, press on "Frequently asked questions".
Here, you will be able to find the question, "How do I cancel my data contribution to Lusha’s community?"
Under the description, you will find the button "Leave Lusha community".
Once confirmed, you will no longer be part of the community.
💡 Note: Once you cancel your membership, you will lose access to Lusha’s community benefits, including your monthly credits, and Lusha will no longer be able to retrieve your contact data and share it with community members.
You can re-join community again at any time.
