Overview

Email sequences are a series of pre-planned and automated emails, customized to personally engage your target audiences at scale. They allow you to connect with your customers with the right message at the right time.

With Lusha Engage you can create email sequences from inside the Lusha platform without the need to integrate with a 3rd-party solution.

The following sections detail the options you have for creating new sequences and how to edit your existing sequences.

  • Effective lead nurturing: Connect with leads using informative email sequences, addressing concerns and building trust over time.

  • Customer re-engagement: Reignite connections by launching re-engagement email sequences to remind inactive customers of your solution’s value and spark their interest once again.

What You Need to Know

  • Any replies you might receive will be sent to your Gmail or Outlook mailbox.

  • There is a limit of 1000 emails per user per day.

  • There is a limit of 5 active sequences per user.

  • There is no limit to the number of sequences you can create or steps per sequence.

  • If you reach the daily limit of 1000 emails, the next day’s delivery will be split by up to 100 emails from the day before and 100 additional new email steps.

  • When a contact is marked as replied or bounced, Lusha will remove them from your sequence and they won’t be contacted again.

Connect your email account

💡 The email sequence will be sent from the user’s email, therefore each user needs to integrate their own email account with the platform (the same one you used to sign up for Lusha).

Open the Engage tab and select Connect email to get started.

This is required for the core functionality of the solution; without the integration, you won’t be able to send the sequences to your prospects.

Using Gmail:

Choose an email account.

Agree to the terms and conditions of the integration by clicking Allow.

Using Microsoft Outlook:

Type your email account.

Agree to the terms and conditions of the integration by clicking Allow.

All set! Now you can start automatically engaging with your top prospects by creating your sequences.
