Overview


Once you reveal the details of your desired contacts, you have the option to save them to a list on Lusha or to a CRM integration, based on your subscription options and limitations.

You can save contacts individually or in bulk, depending on your preferences and plan.

How it works - Create a List

  1. In your Lusha account, go to the Prospect Search tab located in the upper-left corner of your screen to begin prospecting.

  2. Click on "Show Details" to view contact information.

  3. Select the "Lists" Button.

  4. From the menu, you can either choose an existing list or create a new one by typing its name.

  5. You can also save the revealed contacts from the Plugin by clicking the list button and then following Step 4 mentioned earlier.


Bulk Save Contacts

In Prospecting, you can bulk-save contacts directly to Lusha or one of our CRM integrations.

  1. After revealing your desired contacts, select them.

  2. Choose where you'd like to save them:

    • List

To save contacts to a list on Lusha:

  1. Select Lusha from the menu.

  2. Choose either to create a new list or select an existing one.

Once done, you'll see a confirmation screen indicating your action has succeeded.

Currently, you can save up to 150 contacts to a list at once.

If you select more than 150 contacts, a new list will be automatically created and named based on the date and time of the export. You can find this list under the 'Lists' tab and move those contacts to another list if desired.

๐Ÿ’ก Note: Contacts can be saved to multiple lists, with tag updates and manual edits reflected across all lists. The 'Save to' action copies an existing contact to a new list rather than moving it.

After saving your contacts to lists, which will help you organize them with our internal list tool you can also export a list to a CSV file.


Navigate your lists

Once you're in the Contacts List tab, you'll be able to view all the lists you've created and can easily create new ones by clicking the "+Create New List" button.

On the right-hand side of each list, you'll see three dots (...) that provide additional options for managing your lists.

By clicking on the three dots (...), you can:

  • Rename List: Change the name of the list for better organization.

  • Archive List: Move the list to the archive for future reference.

  • Export List: Export the list to a CSV file.

  • Delete List: Permanently remove the list from your account.

These options help you organize and manage your lists efficiently

๐Ÿ’ก Note: At the moment, there is no option to permanently delete contacts from a list. However, you can create a customized list (e.g., "Archive") and move unwanted contacts there for better organization. ๐Ÿ˜Š


๐Ÿ’ก Can't find a list you are looking for?

  1. Make sure you are the owner of the list.

  2. Within Lists, Use the Lists status filter to search the desired list under "Archived". Lusha automatically archived lists that were not in use in the past 3 months.


Search and Filter options

  • To search for a specific contact in your list, use the search bar located in the upper-left corner.

Note: You can only search for contacts by their name.

  • To find a list by users, click on the "All Users" picklist and select the desired user.

  • You can also use the Time Filter to search for contacts added to a list within a specific timeframe.

  • To filter by tags, navigate to the "Filter by Tags" option on the right-hand side.

๐Ÿ’กNote: The account admin can access the โ€˜all contactsโ€™ lists that contain all the contacts that have been ever saved under this account, by all the users.

A user role, however, can only access the lists they created.
