To make it easier for you to return to your previous searches quickly, we’ve created the recent and saved searches option.

💡Note: You can save up to 20 searches per user. If you attempt to save a 21st search, the oldest saved search will be automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

To save a search, click on “Save search“. Then, navigate to the Prospecting section, click Saved Searches in the left menu, and open the saved search you want to edit. Adjust the filters at the top of the page as needed.

This will allow you to give a name to the search term you used and use it later.

If you are using a saved search with the Auto Add feature, you can update the filter criteria at any time. New contacts will be added based on the updated filters.

While you can adjust filters in saved searches with Auto Add, it is important to note that once a saved search is modified, there is no way to revert to the original search conditions.

If a saved search keeps applying unwanted criteria, it may be due to filters or text in the top search bar that were active when the search was saved. In such cases, create a new search without the unwanted criteria or rebuild the filters manually.

Once you have saved a search term, your Search home page will allow you to access it quickly. Additionally, you can manage your saved searches by updating filters or using the Auto Add feature to include new contacts that match revised criteria.

To access your recent searches from anywhere, you can use the Recent Activity or the Saved Searched at the top right panel. You can also adjust saved searches by navigating to the Search section and selecting Saved Searches from the right menu.

To ensure you do not lose important search criteria, regularly export your search results or create lists, and keep a manual record of your filters and criteria.

💡 Note: saved searches are per user (which means that it is not visible to the admin or the rest of the account). Also, searches cannot be shared or exported.
