Lusha's Flex Search lets you find prospects using plain-language queries instead of manually adjusting filters. Type something like "VP Marketing Boston Finance" directly in the search bar and Lusha's AI translates it into relevant results β€” which you can then refine further using the standard filters.

Find your ideal customer profile

  1. Log in to your Lusha account and click the "Search" button in the left sidebar menu.

  2. Select whether you're searching for Contacts or Companies.

  3. In the upper search bar, type in the specifics of your ideal customer, such as "VP Marketing in Germany".

  4. Use the side filters to adjust and focus your search. Leverage filters like Employee headcount, Job changes, Funding, and more.

πŸ’‘ Note: Use quotes for an exact search. For example, to find a company named "York IE" type it with quotes.

5. Click on the contact you're interested in, then click Show Details to reveal their contact information.

Find a specific contact or company

To find a specific person, try these easy query combinations:

  1. Click Contacts under the search bar.

  2. Enter the full name of your prospect, like: "John Doe".

  3. You can also combine name and company, like: "John Doe Acme Labs"

How to find companies

  1. Click Companies under the search bar.

  3. You can also search by location, industry, specialties, and technology. For instance: "Finance Blockchain".

  4. Click on a company row to open the sidebar panel with more details.

  5. Click View Employees to see all contacts at that company.

Search using the prospecting filters

You can also start with filters to set specific parameters like location or industry directly.

  1. Enter the Prospecting platform.

  2. Choose whether you want to search for Contacts or Companies.

  3. Enter the values for filters such as Location, Industry, Employee headcount, and more.

  4. Click on a row in the results to open a sidebar with full contact or company details.

  5. Click Show details to reveal contact information.

  6. Click Save Search next to filters to save your search for later. Learn more about saved searches.
