Prospecting with Lusha on Salesforce

How to use the Lusha extension in Salesforce to enrich contacts and prospect by account without leaving your CRM.

The Lusha extension works directly inside Salesforce, letting you enrich contact records and prospect by account without leaving your CRM.

Contact enrichment

  1. In Salesforce, go to the Contacts tab and open the contact record you want to enrich.

  2. Click the Lusha extension icon to open the panel.

  3. Click Show contact to reveal the contact's direct dial, work number, and email. This uses one credit.

  1. Click Save contact to sync the data to a Lusha list or another platform.

Account-based prospecting from Salesforce

  1. In Salesforce, go to the Accounts tab and open the account record you want to prospect.

  2. Click the Lusha extension icon to open the panel.

  1. Go to the All employees tab to see contacts from that account in Lusha's database.

  2. Filter by Title, Seniority, or Department to narrow your targets. You can also filter by contact location or email type.

  3. Click Show contact on any contact to reveal their direct, work phone, and email.

  4. Reach out instantly β€” email directly from the extension or auto-dial from Salesforce.
