Overview

Prospecting with Lusha on Gmail allows you to easily enrich or find new contacts with accurate contact information, then sync them with your other integrations. You can also prospect directly from any account, helping you take your account-based marketing and sales efforts to the next level by using a wide range of filters.

By consistently updating your Gmail, you can keep your database clean and always work with up-to-date information.

How it works

Once Lusha Everywhere is enabled on Gmail, the Lusha icon will always be visible on the Gmail sidebar. Clicking on the icon will open the plugin.

To enable Lusha Everywhere in the plugin:

  1. Go to ‘More’

  2. Near ‘Enable Lusha Everywhere’, toggle ‘Always On’

The plugin should then appear on your Gmail:

Search for companies

Use the search box to look for any company out there.

On the ‘Company’ tab, Lusha will provide you with valuable company information.

Under the ‘All Employees’ tab, Lusha will provide you with a detailed list of all the employees that exist in Lusha’s database.

Filtering

Department filtering

You can filter company employees by the department that they work for. This way, you will only see the employees who are relevant to what you’re after based on their department.

Seniority filtering

You can also filter company employees by their seniority levels. This way, you will only see the employees who match your ideal customer profiles.

Searching by name and title

To search for contacts by title or name, simply type in the search box a job title (for example “Head of marketing”) or a person's name.

As you enter an employee page, you can reveal their contact information by clicking on the “Show contact” button. This will display the person’s data Lusha has available to them at the cost of Lusha credits.
