Copy-pasting data directly to Bullhorn is time-consuming and prone to manual errors. Lusha’s Bullhorn integration automates the sales process without breaking your workflows.

Mapping Lusha data to the right fields in Bullhorn is easy and maximizes sales efficiency in minutes. Follow the steps below to successfully configure your Bullhorn account to Lusha!

💡 Note: Editing integration settings can only be done by the Lusha account's admin or manager.

How to configure the field mapping for your Bullhorn environment?

  • Note: you must be a Lusha and Bullhorn admin to activate the Bullhorn integration

  1. Log in to your Lusha dashboard and tap your name

  2. Click the "Integrations" tab and select Bullhorn from the list

  3. After clicking "Connect", you will be directed to the Bullhorn login page

4. A login screen will appear asking you to sign in to your CRM. The system will not ask for your credentials if you are already logged in

5. Then, click Continue to field mapping

6. Under the Field mapping environment, you will be presented with 4 types of records:

  • Leads

  • Candidates

  • Contacts

  • Companies

If you want to edit fields for contacts already in your database, click on Allow Overwrite.

💡 Note: when adding a new field, the type of field has to be the same as the Lusha field.

Each field can be changed to a different field on your Bullhorn side.

The chosen fields allow you to determine which Bullhorn field will get enriched by Lusha.

How do I add predefined values fields to this integration?

1. Please choose one of the 4 available records (leads, candidates, contacts, and companies)
2. Click "+ Add field" and choose the "Predefined Value" option
3. Select a "Bullhorn field" from the available fields
4. Enter a predefined value
5. Press the "Save changes" to confirm the changes (make sure to save before changing tabs)

Conditional field map feature

Set conditional field mapping in case an email or phone parent field got updated.

Now you can achieve a better enrichment experience and utilize the leads routing process

To create a conditional field:

  • In your Lusha account, navigate to the Field mapping environment

  • Click the Advanced button next to the 'Email 1' and 'Phone 1' fields (under the Lusha fields) to use a conditional enrichment mapping

  • Click the Map dropdown menu, then enter text to describe the value to create predefined fields that will be modified after the field is enriched.

    • To save the changes, click Apply

  • Once you’re done, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Account export preferences

Admins can select which object types users can export to Bullhorn.

I.e. when this toggle is off in the settings tab, users will not be able to save as Contact under a new account, only to existing Bullhorn accounts.

💡 Note: The settings will apply to all team members in your account.

To manage the export preferences:

  • In your Lusha account, navigate to the Field mapping environment and open the Settings tab

  • Then, you can choose the object types the users will be able to export to Bullhorn

Bullhorn Identifiers

The Bullhorn Identifiers feature determines which object types already exist in your Bullhorn CRM. Using this feature will prevent the use of unnecessary credits and solve the issue of duplications when saving contacts, leads, or accounts to your Bullhorn CRM.

Follow these steps to implement Bullhorn Identifier:

  • Under the Field mapping environment, navigate to the Bullhorn Identifier tab and begin mapping the fields.

Bullhorn Identifier logic works with these combinations for companies:

  1. Company name
    Or

  2. Website

Bullhorn Identifier logic works with these combinations for leads, candidates, and contacts:

  1. Full name + Company name/Website
    Or

  2. Email address

Duplicates are identified if they fall under one of these categories.

💡Note: The admin can change the mapping and add different fields at any time.

Currently, Lusha can identify duplicates within its own objects, such as leads, contacts, or accounts. However, there are other applications and services available that are independent of Lusha but can be used alongside it. These external tools have the ability to detect and merge duplicates within other objects.

Moving forward, Lusha will introduce a new feature to enable duplicate detection within those other objects, effectively eliminating duplications within HubSpot.

Autocomplete settings

Using the autocomplete feature, the account name will be automatically completed based on the account name in your CRM.
