Overview
Exporting contacts from Lusha to your CRM is a straightforward process that helps streamline your workflow. Here’s how you can export contacts from both the Prospecting platform and the Lusha plugin.
Exporting Contacts from Prospecting
Use the Prospecting tool to easily find the contacts you're looking for.
Click on "Show Details".
Click on the "CRM'" icon:
Select the CRM integration where you want to export the contact.
Choose the relevant object type (e.g., Lead, Contact, Company etc.).
Lusha will detect the relevant account/company name for you. If no existing record is found, it will indicate that it's creating a new account (shown in green)
You can select all contacts to the same account by clicking Assign all [#] contacts to an account. Then, select or type the account name.
Click Save, and once the process is complete, a confirmation screen will appear, confirming the successful save.
💡 Note: Export contacts are available in groups of 150 to Salesforce, 100 to Hubspot, and 25 to the rest of our CRMs.
Exporting Contacts Using the Lusha Plugin
Use the Lusha Extension tool to easily find the contacts you're looking for.
Open the Lusha plugin and show the contact details.
Click on "CRM".
Select the CRM integration where you want to export the contact.
Choose the relevant object type (e.g., Lead, Contact, Company etc.).
Example
If you’re using Salesforce, you can save the contact under "Contacts" or any other specified object. Once saved, the contact will appear in your CRM under the designated category.
By following these steps, you can efficiently export your contacts to your CRM and ensure all information is seamlessly transferred to support your business processes.
