You can push contacts revealed in Lusha directly to your CRM from three places: Lusha Search, the Lusha extension, and your Contact Lists. Export limits vary by CRM - up to 150 contacts to Salesforce, 100 to HubSpot, and 25 to all other supported CRMs.

From Lusha Search

  1. Go to Lusha Search and find the contacts you want.

  2. Select the contacts and click Show details.

  3. Click the CRM button in the action bar.

  4. Select the CRM integration you want to export to.

5. Choose the record type (Lead, Contact, Company, etc.).

Lusha will detect the relevant account or company name automatically. If no existing record is found, it will flag that a new account will be created (shown in green).

6. To assign all selected contacts to the same account, click Assign all [#] contacts to an account, then select or type the account name.

7. Click Save. A confirmation screen will appear when the export is complete.

From the Lusha extension

  1. Open the extension and reveal the contact's details.

  2. Click CRM.

  3. Select your CRM and the record type.

From Contact Lists

  1. Open a list from the left navigation panel.

  2. Select up to 25 contacts.

  3. Click CRM and follow the same steps as above.

Troubleshooting

  • Mapping errors - check your field mapping configuration in Integrations settings.

  • Integration issues - go to Integrations and reauthenticate your CRM connection.
