Playlists are AI-powered lists that automatically add new contacts or companies to your saved lists on a schedule you set. Instead of manually searching for new leads, you choose a refresh frequency - daily or weekly - and Lusha's AI surfaces prospects that match the patterns of your existing list. Playlists work for both Contact and Company Lists and are available on all plans.
New playlist creation has been disabled following the rollout of Lusha’s Workspace. Your current playlists are still accessible, but no new ones can be added.

How to get suggestions from an existing list
Once a Contact or Company list has at least two entries, Lusha shows a preview strip with five similar prospects you can add manually.
Select a Contact or Company list from the left-hand panel.
In the preview strip, you can:
Click + to add a specific suggestion
Click Regenerate for five new suggestions
Click Add all to add all five at once
Click Automate to turn the list into a Playlist that updates on a schedule
How to create a Playlist
For Contact Lists
Select a Contact list from the left-hand panel.
Click Automate.
Choose how often to refresh: daily or weekly.
Set the maximum number of contacts to add per update.
(Optional) Toggle on Auto-show details to automatically reveal emails and/or phone numbers when new contacts are added.
For Company Lists
Select a Company list from the left-hand panel.
Click Automate.
Choose your refresh frequency: daily or weekly.
Set the maximum number of companies to add.
Click Save.
How to tell if a list is live
A Live tag appears next to the list name.
A green icon also appears beneath the list name in the navigation panel.
How to edit or deactivate a Playlist
Click the ⚡ lightning icon in the top-right corner of the list page.

3. Toggle the automation off to deactivate it. You can toggle it back on at any time.
Update limits
You can add up to 25 contacts manually at a time. For automated updates, the options are:
Daily - 10, 25, or 50 contacts; runs on working days (Monday–Friday)
Weekly - 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100 contacts; runs on the day the Playlist was activated
You can have up to 5 active Playlists at a time.
FAQs
How does Lusha decide which prospects to add?
The AI learns from the contacts and companies already in your list - their roles, seniority, company type, industry, and size - and finds similar prospects. Recommendations improve as your lists grow.
Can I control which prospects are added?
You can't manually approve each suggestion before it's added automatically, but you can remove contacts from the list at any time and adjust your frequency or maximum count settings.
Can I turn off a Playlist without losing my existing contacts?
Yes. Deactivating a Playlist stops new additions but keeps all previously saved contacts and companies intact.
Do Playlists work with both Contact and Company Lists?
Yes - Playlists are available for both list types.
Are Playlists included in my plan?
Yes, Playlists are available on all Lusha plans.
