Lusha’s AI-driven recommendations surface high-potential prospects that match your saved lists, ensuring your outreach stays relevant. Users can set updates to daily or weekly, to keep lists refreshed at the right pace. Playlists can also be updated on demand whenever needed.. Playlists integrate seamlessly into Contact and Company Lists, making prospecting effortless and eliminating the need for manual updates.

How it works
Manual update
Contact List
1. First, select a contact list from the left side panel.
2. Click on ‘Add similar contacts’ button at the top right of your list.
3. The first time you use this feature, a pop-up will appear. Click ‘Add similar contacts’ to add 25 AI-recommended leads to your list.
4. After the first time, simply clicking the ‘Add similar contacts’ button will instantly add 25 new AI-recommended leads to your list.
Company List
1. First, select a Company list from the left side panel.
2. Click on the ‘Add similar companies’ button at the top right of your list.
3. The first time you use this feature, a pop-up will appear. Click ‘Add similar companies’ to add 25 AI-recommended leads to your list.
4. After the first time, simply clicking the ‘Add similar companies’ button will instantly add 25 new AI-recommended leads to your list.
💡 Note: All users have a limit of 5 AI Live lists, regardless of their plan.
During the beta phase, The manual “Similar” action mentioned above can be performed up to five times per list per day, allowing you to add a total of 125 daily similar contacts or companies (5 actions × 25 per action).
Create a Playlist
Contact list
1. First, select a contact list from the left side panel.
2. Click on the small arrow next to the ‘Add similar contacts’ button.
3. Toggle on the automation button - "Auto- add similar contacts"
4. Choose how often you want your Playlists to update - daily or weekly.
5. Select the maximum number of contacts you want to add.
Company list
1. First, select a Company list from the left side panel.
2. Click on the small arrow next to the ‘Add similar companies’ button.

💡 Note: In beta, credits will only be used if you auto-reveal contact details. After the beta period, Lusha might charge credits for new AI-generated recommendations.
💡 Each list will only be visible to the list owner. A list owner is the user who created the list, as well as all admins in the account who automatically have visibility and management access.
How to know that your list is ‘live’?
Once your list is active, a green circle will appear next to ‘Similar contacts’.
A ‘Live’ tag will also be visible under the list name in the navigation panel and next to the list name on top of the list.

How to edit or deactivate your Playlist
To make changes, press on the small arrow next to the ‘Add similar contacts/companies’ button. Adjust the number of contacts or the update frequency, and close the drop-down.
At the moment, you can add up to 25 contacts manually. For automated updates, you can choose 10, 25, or 50 contacts daily and 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100 contacts weekly.
Manually - The list will be updated immediately.
Daily - The list will be updated daily, on working days (Monday - Friday)
Weekly - The list will be updated weekly on the day it was activated.
To deactivate your Playlist, simply toggle the button off. You can get back to it at any time and turn it back on.
