Overview
Lusha integrates with your CRM while respecting the permission profiles set within your system. While we do not have a full list of required permissions, our integrations follow a standard logic to ensure smooth operation within your CRM environment.
For Lusha to work seamlessly with your CRM, at least one admin user must have the necessary permissions to integrate and manage data.
Once the connection is established, Lusha will follow all CRM permission profiles to ensure compliance and security.
Required Permissions
💡 Note: The following steps are for accounts who choose to enable all export options from Lusha: Lead, Contact & Company/Account.
If you enabled only some of the options, make sure to allow permissions to the allowed options only.
To successfully integrate Lusha with your CRM, you need to ensure that at least one admin user has the necessary permissions. These permissions include:
An Admin user with the ability to connect and interact with third-party applications.
Full read/write/edit access to Lead, Contact, and Company/Account objects.
Import permissions for Lead, Contact, and Company/Account objects.
Once an admin user with these permissions is connected, all other users will be able to use Lusha as expected. Lusha will continue to respect all other CRM permission profiles within your system.
How to Check Your Permissions
To verify that your CRM admin has the correct permissions:
Go to your CRM’s User Management or Admin Settings.
Locate the Admin User who will be connecting Lusha.
Ensure they have the required permissions:
Ability to integrate with third-party applications.
Full access to Leads, Contacts, and Company/Account objects.
Import capabilities for these objects.
If these permissions are not granted, you may need to adjust the settings or contact your CRM administrator for assistance.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with exporting contacts or syncing data, check the following:
Confirm that an admin user with the correct permissions is connected to Lusha.
Ensure your CRM settings allow third-party integrations.
Check if there are any CRM-specific restrictions that might limit Lusha’s functionality.
