Important Notes on API Costs
Every API request has a minimum cost of 1 credit.
If you re-request a contact's data points (emails/phones) that were already revealed on the platform/plugin/API:
You won’t be charged again for the data point.
You will be charged 1-credit for the up API Results.
The maximum contacts/companies per requests is 100

FAQs
Q: How can I estimate my credit usage?
A: Your credit consumption is entirely up to your workflow and data requirements. For the essential operation of a standard sales team, an easy estimation equation would be to multiply the credit cost of Contacts’ emails & phone reveals (as per the table above) by the no. of emails & calls each team member is expected to handle per month/year. For a more advanced setup, our sales team will be happy to assist.
Q: Are you charging for searches?
A: Searches throughout the platform are free, when you use the API to search and extract companies or contacts datasets from Lusha’s database, will we charge 1 credit per up to 25 results, in addition to the essential prospecting data points cost
Q: Are you charging for company data?
A: Company data is free throughout the platform and plugin. When being extracted via API, we will charge 1 credit per 1 company’s full data profile.
*Note that some plans might have company exports disabled.
Q: I've called the API with a request to enrich 50 companies, what will be the cost?
A: If 40 matches are found, cost = 42 credits (40 for companies + 2 for API Results).
Q: I've called the API with a request to enrich 25 contacts which I previously revealed their phones & emails, what will be the cost?
A: You won’t be charged for already revealed phones/emails trough Lusha's platform/plugin/API/AI, but you will be charged 1 credit for API Results (covering all 25).
Q: I've sent an API request with 1 contact, and didn't receive any result, what will be the cost?
A: Every request to the API bears a minimum cost of 1 credit, even if no results were found.
Q: I want to use Lusha's API to keep my prospecting list up-to-date every month, what will be the cost?
A: Let's say you have a list of 10,000 contacts and Lusha has a 100% match.
For the enrichment of emails it will cost 10,000 credits (1 credit per email)
For the enrichment of phones it will cost 50,000 credits (5 credits per phone)
And to keep the entire dataset up-to-date, it will cost 400 credits per 'refresh'
(1 credit per 25 API Results) every time you request to 'refresh' the data
Q: Will I be charged for exporting the same contact to my CRM twice?
A: Lusha charges for CRM exports only if new information is written in your CRM as per your defined fields.
Q: Can I purchase more credits for my team?
A: Yes! Add credits anytime through your Account Settings, or trough your account mange. You can also upgrade plans for more features and limits—upgrades apply immediately.
Q: Can I set credit limits for users in my account?
A: Yes—available on Scale plans. Contact our Sales team to enable team-level controls.
Q: Will my plan renew automatically?
A: Yes. Your monthly or annual plan will renew unless canceled. You can manage this in Account Settings.
Q: What happens to unused credits?
A:
Monthly plans: Credits roll over up to 2x your monthly limit.
Annual plans: You get all credits upfront; unused credits reset at the end of the cycle.
Q: Can I get a custom plan?
A: Absolutely. Our Scale plan is fully customizable.

Downgrades/Cancellations apply at the end of your billing cycle
Your credits remain valid through your current term.
Q: Can I freeze my subscription?
A: Yes - if you need a short break, you can freeze your account.
