Scalestack is a GTM orchestration platform that uses AI agents to enrich, score, and route records across your CRM and engagement tools. By connecting your Lusha license to Scalestack, your verified contact data, company information, and buying signals become an active part of your automated workflows β no manual exports or CSV uploads required.
This article walks you through connecting Lusha to Scalestack and explains what happens once the integration is active.
π‘ Note: This integration requires an active Lusha license with API access. Your Lusha API key is used to authenticate the connection β Scalestack does not resell Lusha data or require additional Lusha seats. Please confirm your plan includes API access before starting. |
Before you start
An active Lusha account with API access enabled
Your Lusha API key (find it under Settings β API Access)
A Scalestack account (you can create one at platform.scalestack.ai using your work email)
How to connect Lusha to Scalestack
Log into your Scalestack account. Go to platform.scalestack.ai. If you're new to Scalestack, create an account with your work email.
Open the Integrations tab. In the Scalestack platform, navigate to Integrations. Use the search bar to find Lusha in the catalog.
Click Connect. Select Lusha from the results and click Connect. No new Lusha seats are required β you use your existing license.
Enter your Lusha API key. Paste your Lusha API key into the field provided and confirm. Your key is securely stored and used only to authenticate enrichment requests from your account.
Activate. Once the key is accepted, the integration goes live. Scalestack's AI agents will begin enriching, scoring, and routing records using your Lusha data automatically.
β When the connection is successful, Lusha appears as an active integration in your Scalestack dashboard. AI agents will start processing records based on your configured workflows.
What happens after you connect
Once Lusha is connected, Scalestack uses your verified data to power the following automatically:
Record enrichment
Incoming records are enriched with verified work emails, direct phone numbers, role and seniority data, and firmographic information β as records enter your system or on a scheduled enrichment pass.
ICP scoring
Enriched records are scored against your Ideal Customer Profile. High-fit accounts are prioritized and routed to the right rep automatically.
Buying signal triggers
Scalestack monitors your target accounts for Lusha buying signals, including:
Job changes and promotions
Hiring activity and team expansion
Funding announcements
Company growth trends
When a signal fires, Scalestack can re-score the account, update your CRM, and alert the assigned rep β without manual monitoring.
CRM hygiene
Stale records are updated using Lusha's continuously validated data, so your CRM reflects current contact information without manual intervention.
Example workflows
Enrich and route inbound leads
When a prospect fills out a form, Scalestack enriches the record with Lusha data, scores it against your ICP, and routes it to the right rep β before anyone opens a CRM tab.
Run CRM hygiene at scale
Point Scalestack at a segment of your CRM β stale records, unworked leads, recently imported lists β and Lusha enriches and validates them in bulk.
Trigger outreach on buying signals
Set up a workflow that monitors target accounts for Lusha signals. When a signal fires, the workflow updates the account score, notifies the assigned rep, and queues the account for outreach.
Keep territories current
When reps join, leave, or territories shift, Scalestack re-routes records using Lusha's enriched data to confirm ownership and validate contacts.
β οΈ Important: Scalestack orchestrates enrichment using your existing Lusha license. It does not provide or resell Lusha data independently. Your Lusha workspace and other integrations β including Salesforce, HubSpot, and the Lusha Extension β continue to work as normal. |
You're all set! Once connected, your verified Lusha data flows automatically into your GTM workflows β no manual steps required.
