Credits are Lusha's currency for unlocking contact data. Every time you reveal a contact's phone number or email address, Lusha deducts credits from your account's balance. Understanding how credits work helps you use them efficiently and avoid unexpected shortfalls.
Key concepts
Credits — consumed each time you reveal contact data (phone number or email)
Monthly credits — refreshed at the start of each billing cycle on monthly plans
Annual credits — allocated at the start of your annual contract
Shared credits — on team plans, credits can be shared across the whole team or allocated per user (Admin-controlled in supported plans)
Remaining credits — visible at any time in Usage Analytics (Press your name → Analytics)
What uses a credit?
Action | Credits used |
Revealing a phone number | 5 credit |
Revealing an email address | 1 credit |
Revealing both phone and email | Up to 6 credits (not double-charged) |
Viewing a previously revealed contact | 0 credits |
💡 Note: If you've already revealed a contact, viewing their details again does not use additional credits — even across sessions.
Which plan do I have?
Lusha offers four plans: Free, Starter, Pro, Premium, and Scale. Each plan includes a set number of credits per month. Scale plan customers can also negotiate custom credit volumes. Learn more here.
To see your current plan and credit balance: go to Settings → Payments & Subscription.
How team credit allocation works
(Available for Admins and Managers on Pro, Premium, and Scale plans)
On Pro, Premium, and Scale plans, Admins can choose between two credit modes:
Shared pool — all team members draw from one combined credit balance
Per-user allocation — each user is assigned a fixed monthly credit limit
To configure this: go to Settings → Team Management → Credit Allocation. (Available for Admins only.)
How to check your credit usage
Go to Usage Analytics (Press your name → Analytics)
You'll see your total credits, credits used, and credits remaining for the current cycle.
Managers and Admins can also view usage broken down by team member.
💡 Note: Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
On monthly plans, unused credits roll over up to 2× your monthly limit. For example, on a 100-credit plan, you can hold a maximum of 200 credits at any time.
