Tag your contacts to organize your data better and align with your team.

Overview

A tag is a keyword or term assigned to a piece of information. This kind of metadata helps describe an item and allows for it to be found again by browsing or searching. Contacts tagging gives our users more flexibility when they organize their data, in order to create alignment with their business needs.

With tagging contacts you can Organize and manage your Lusha contacts better and communicate internally with your teams regarding contacts.

💡 Who can use contacts tagging?

  • Users can only manage their own tags

  • Admins can manage everyone’s tags

Let's dive in 🏷

Adding tags: Lusha Extension

  1. Open Lusha Extension

  2. Choose a contact that has been previously revealed or you want to reveal

  3. After revealing contact, click on ‘Save contact’

  4. Click on the ‘Tags’ dropdown and start typing in your new tag

  5. When done, click on ‘Apply’


Search/create tags: Lusha Extension

  1. Open Lusha Extension

  2. Choose a contact that has been previously revealed or you want to reveal

  3. Click on tag

  4. Type in the name of the tag you are searching for or want to create

  5. Click create if creating, then apply

  6. Check the box of the tag you want

  7. Click apply


Bulk tagging: Lusha Extension

  1. Use either Lusha on Sales Nav, or Lusha on Linkedin search (people filter) to load employee lists

  2. Select the prospects you want to tag simultaneously

  3. Click tag

  4. Choose applied tags and click apply


Multiple selection tagging- lists

  1. Go to the lists tab and choose a list

  2. Choose up to 25 contacts and click on ‘Tag’ in the right corner

  3. All of the tags included in your selected contacts will display

  4. Sync the tags according to your tags of choice by selecting or deselecting then click apply


Bulk tagging- Lusha Prospecting

  1. Go to the prospecting platform and choose the qualification filters to load lists of targeted prospects

  2. Reveal the selected contacts

  3. Select which prospects you want to tag (up to 149)

  4. Click on the ‘Tag’ option in the above bar

  5. Choose which tags you want to simultaneously apply to all of your selections

  6. Click apply


Tip💡you can easily manage your tags under the tag management tab that can be found under your account profile page.
