Lusha supports three SSO options: Google, Office 365, and SAML-based SSO via Okta or Azure. Admins and Managers on Scale plans can configure SAML SSO for their team. Google and Office 365 sign-in are available to all users.

Sign up with Google or Office 365

Google

  1. Click Continue with Google.

  2. Select your Gmail Business account from the pop-up.

Office 365

  1. Click Continue with Office 365.

  2. Select your Microsoft Office Business account.

πŸ’‘ Note: You can switch from Google/Office 365 to a password-based login at any time by clicking Forgot password β€” a reset link will be sent to your email address.

Set up Okta SSO

You'll need Lusha Admin or Manager permissions and Okta admin access to complete this setup.

Step 1: Set up in Okta (performed by the Okta admin)

  1. In Okta, go to the Applications tab and add Lusha to your applications.

2. Assign the team members who will use Lusha with Okta to the Lusha application.

  1. Go to the Sign-On tab and click View SAML setup instructions.

  2. Copy the IDP metadata XML.

Step 2: Configure in Lusha

  1. Paste the XML metadata under the Okta activation section.

  2. Click Apply.

Your account is now integrated with Okta. Team members assigned in Okta will sign in via Okta only.

πŸ’‘ Note: Users must already be part of your Lusha account before being assigned in Okta. After assigning, they can sign in via Okta or from Lusha's login page by clicking Sign in with SSO provider.

Set up Azure AD SSO

You'll need Lusha Admin or Manager permissions and Azure admin access to complete this setup.

Part 1: Add Lusha in Azure

  1. Sign in to the Azure portal.

  2. Go to Enterprise applications and add Lusha.

3. Search for Lusha and click the Lusha URL in the results.

4. Click Single sign-on from the left panel.

5. Under SAML Certificate, download the Federation Metadata XML.

Part 2: Configure in Lusha

  1. Paste the XML under the Azure AD activation section.

  2. Click Connect.

  1. Assign team members by going to the Users tab β†’ New user β†’ Invite users.

Your account is now integrated with Azure. Team members will be able to sign in using Azure SSO and Office 365.

πŸ’‘ Note: Users must already be part of your Lusha account before being assigned in Azure. After assigning, they can sign in via Azure or via Lusha's login page by clicking Sign in with SSO provider.
