Your account settings are where you manage your profile, billing, team permissions, integrations, and usage reports. The options available to you depend on your role — User, Manager, or Admin — and your organisation's plan.
Access your settings by clicking your initials in the upper-right corner of any Lusha page.
💡 Your Account Settings page has 8 tabs: My profile, Payments & Subscription, Account settings, Report settings, Tags management, Intent, Privacy, and Exports. The tabs visible to you depend on your role.
My profile
The My Profile tab shows your full name and email address.
To update your name:
Click on the name field.
Make your changes.
Click Save changes.
To change your email address, contact Lusha Support via the chat icon in your dashboard. If your new email is from the same company, the support team can help migrate your account. If it's from a different company, you'll need to create a new account under the new domain.
Payments and Subscription
(Available for Admins and Managers only)
The Payments & Subscription tab lets you view your invoice history, update your payment method, and check your current plan, credit balance, and renewal date.
To update billing details, see Update your billing information.
To cancel your plan, see How to cancel your Lusha subscription.
💡 Note: Enterprise users may not have access to all billing options. Contact your Account Manager for assistance with plan changes.
Account settings
(Available for Admins and Managers only)
Permission settings
Set what your Users are allowed to do:
Invite members — allow Users to invite new members to the account.
Bulk show — allow Users to reveal contact details in bulk. Limits by plan: Free: 25, Pro: 50, Premium: 150, Scale: 5,000 contacts at a time.
CSV export — allow Users to export contacts to a CSV file. (Scale plan only.)
CSV enrichment — allow Users to enrich CSV files with Lusha data. (Scale plan only.)
Credit limits
(Scale plan only)
Set monthly or annual credit limits per user or group. The limit resets on the same day each cycle that your plan started. See Limit credits per user or group for setup steps.
Inactivity timeout
(Scale plan only)
Automatically log out team members after a chosen period of inactivity. Set the duration in minutes, hours, or days to add a security layer and reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
SSO — single sign-on
Configure SSO so all team members sign in using your company identity provider.
Report settings
(Available for Admins only)
The Report settings tab lets you schedule automated usage reports and send them to your team by email — no manual dashboard visits needed.
Toggle on Usage reports activation.
Choose your frequency: Weekly (Mon–Fri) or Monthly (calendar month).
Add up to 5 recipient email addresses.
Click Save.
💡 Note: Recipient email addresses do not need to be Lusha users. Anyone added will receive the report, so only add intended recipients.
Reports are also available to download directly from Lusha Analytics.
Tags management
(Available for Admins only)
The Tags management tab lets you view, create, edit, or delete contact tags for your entire team. Each tag shows a usage count — the number of contacts it's currently applied to.
💡 Note: Renaming a tag updates it everywhere it's applied. Deleting a tag removes it from all contacts account-wide and cannot be undone. See Contact tagging for how to apply tags to contacts.
Intent
(Available for Admins only)
The Intent tab is where you choose which topics Lusha monitors for your account. Your selections power intent signals in Workspace, the buying intent widget on your Dashboard, intent-based Search filters, and AI recommendations.
Use the keyword or category search to find topics.
Click a topic to add it to your tracked list.
To remove a topic, click the X next to it.
Changes save automatically.
💡 Note: The number of topics you can select depends on your plan. Topics can be updated once a month. See How to Configure Intent Topic Tracking for a full walkthrough.
Privacy
(Available for Admins and Managers only)
The Privacy tab lets you choose to hide contacts from specific countries in the Prospecting Platform, or exclude contacts registered on the Do Not Call (DNC) list in the US or UK.
See Do Not Call (DNC) lists for more information.
Exports
The Exports tab has two sections:
Technology columns
Select which technology categories to include as columns in your CSV exports. If a company in your export uses a technology you've saved here, it will appear as a dedicated column in the downloaded file.
Export history
View and re-download past CSV and CRM export files. Admins can access the full account export history; Users can access their own exports only.
💡 Note: The All Contacts list does not appear in export history.
You're all set — your account settings give you full control over how your team uses Lusha.
