Your account settings are where you manage your profile, billing, team permissions, integrations, and usage reports. The options available to you depend on your role - User, Manager, or Admin - and your organisation's plan.

Access your settings by clicking your initials in the upper-right corner of any Lusha page.

My profile

The My Profile section shows your full name and email address.

To update your name:

  1. Click on the name field.

  2. Make your changes.

  3. Click Save changes.

To change your email address, contact Lusha Support via the chat icon in your dashboard. If your new email is from the same company, the support team can help migrate your account. If it's from a different company, you'll need to create a new account under the new domain.

Payment and subscription

(Available for Admins and Managers only)

In the Payment & Subscription tab you can view your invoice history, update your payment method, and check your current plan, credit balance, and renewal date.

πŸ’‘ Note: Enterprise users may not have access to all billing options. Contact your Account Manager for assistance with plan changes.

Account settings

(Available for Admins and Managers only)

Permission settings

Set what your Users are allowed to do:

  • Invite members β€” allow Users to invite new members to the account.

  • Bulk show β€” allow Users to reveal contact details in bulk. Limits by plan: Free: 25, Pro: 50, Premium: 150, Scale: 5,000 contacts at a time.

  • CSV export β€” allow Users to export contacts to a CSV file. (Scale plan only.)

  • CSV enrichment β€” allow Users to enrich CSV files with Lusha data. (Scale plan only.)

Credit limits

(Scale plan only)

Set monthly or annual credit limits per user or group. The limit resets on the same day each cycle that your plan started. See Limit credits per user or group for setup steps.

Inactivity timeout

(Scale plan only)

Automatically log out team members after a chosen period of inactivity. Set the duration in minutes, hours, or days to add a security layer and reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

SSO - single sign-on

Configure SSO so all team members sign in using your company identity provider.

Report settings

Set up automated usage reports to track your team's credit consumption without logging in to the platform.

  1. Toggle on Usage reports activation.

  2. Choose your frequency: Weekly (Mon–Fri) or Monthly (calendar month).

  3. Add up to 5 recipient email addresses in the text box.

  4. Click Save.

Reports are also available to download directly from Lusha Analytics.

Tags management

View, create, edit, or delete contact tags for your entire team. You can also see how many contacts are associated with each tag.

πŸ’‘ Note: Coordinate with your team before making bulk changes to tags. See Contacts tagging for more details.

Intent

If your plan includes Intent, this tab lets you manage the topics Lusha tracks for your account. Use the keyword or category search to find topics, then save your selections. Topics can be updated once a month.

πŸ’‘ Note: The number of topics you can select depends on your plan.

Privacy

(Available for Admins and Managers only)

Choose to hide contacts from specific countries in the Prospecting Platform, or exclude contacts registered on the Do Not Call (DNC) list in the US or UK.

See Do Not Call (DNC) lists for more information.

Export settings

Technologies

Select which technologies to include in CSV exports. If a company in your export uses a technology you've saved here, it will appear as a column in the CSV file.

Export history

View and re-download past export files from the Export tab. Admins can access the full account export history. Regular users can access their own exports only.

πŸ’‘ Note: The All Contacts list does not appear in export history.

You're all set β€” your account settings give you full control over how your team uses Lusha.
