Connect your mailboxes with Lusha to unlock the full potential of essential engagement tools, including emails, sequences, community, calendar, and more.
All email can be sent from the user’s email, therefore each user needs to integrate their own email account with the platform (the same one you used to sign up for Lusha).
💡 Note:
Before proceeding, please note that in order to sign up to Lusha, you will need a valid work email address.
A work email is a business email (Name@yourCompany).
For example; james@lusha.com.
Due to the security protocol of Lusha, it is not possible to sign up with a public domain such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
It is also not possible to use a generic email address with a prefix such as info/sales/hr/support/etc.
How it works?
Option 1 - Via Engage
Open the Engage tab and select 'Connect email' to get started.
This is required for the core functionality of the solution; without the integration, you won’t be able to send the sequences to your prospects.
Using Gmail:
Choose an email account.
Agree to the terms and conditions of the integration by clicking Allow.
Using Microsoft Outlook:
Type your email account.
Agree to the terms and conditions of the integration by clicking Allow.
Option 2 - Via Integrations
Click the Integrations icon on the top right bar and select 'Email services' to get started.
Choose between Gmail and Outlook and press "connect".
Then, follow the instruction above to finish setting up your email integration.
All set! Now you can start automatically engaging with your top prospects by creating your sequences.
