Overview and optimize your sequences
You can now view the full sequence flow on the right-hand side and make any changes if needed. You can also change the name of the sequence.
Once you are ready to launch your sequence click "Activate campaign" or you can also save it as a draft and activate it later.
Want to follow up on your sequences and check their delivery statuses?
Click back to the Sequences tab to view the status of all your sequences on the Engage Dashboard.
If you would like to know which email was read by the contact, you can go to your sequence > press on the "Email" tab > choose the relevant contact. You will see what is the status of each email that was sent.
💡 Don’t forget to pause your sequences if you don’t want emails to be sent yet.
Your sequences are now ready!
Editing former Sequences
If you would like to change your sequence name, you can press on the (...) 3 dots of the same row of your sequence.
You will have the option to edit your sequence name or duplicate it to create exactly the same sequence with different contacts.
Once you have cloned a sequence, the owner of the sequence will be the one of cloned it, and all contacts will be removed. Admin have the option to duplicate other team members sequences.
You will also have the option to Pause or Delete your sequence.
💡 Note: While the sequence is active, we will monitor the inbox for related activity and update the status in real time.
If there are no emails sent, opened, or received for three weeks, we will stop monitoring. After this period, we will check the inbox for activity once every 24 hours. If we detect any activity, we will update the status and resume real-time monitoring.
