Once your sequence has been created, set up the sequence schedule.
Set up your message send time
It can be either on activation, so that the email will be sent as soon as the sequence is active.
…or sent according to the timing of your choice.
After you have adjusted the email to your liking, click Save.
Once you customize the first email in the sequence, you will be brought back to the screen where you will see all the emails composed under this sequence.
Continue to customize all emails in the sequence using this same process.
💡 Note: You will be able to go back to each email and edit it when needed, even if it’s part of an active scheduled sequence. You can also edit specific messages directed at specific contacts.
The AI for you generated a recommended pre-set gap times between the emails in the sequence. However, you can adjust the timing at the top of the email builder in the ‘Send this email’ box.
Set up your sequence schedule
Your sequence can be delivered on specific days and at the time of your choice.
💡 Each sequence can only be sent to one specific time zone. Make sure to choose the relevant time zone.
For example, if your audience list has contacts from both Australia and the US, it’s best to split the sequence into two separate sequences so that there is an appropriate schedule for each audience.
Note that emails will only be sent in the specific time frame you select. If your emails are scheduled to be sent every 3 days, it only refers to the days selected during scheduling.
Click Review and activate and get ready to launch your sequence.
