Lusha’s AI-driven recommendations surface high-potential prospects that match your saved lists, ensuring your outreach stays relevant. Users can set updates to daily or weekly, keeping lists refreshed at the right pace. Playlists can also be updated on demand whenever needed. Playlists integrate seamlessly into Contact and Company Lists, making prospecting effortless and eliminating the need for manual updates.

How it works
Manual update
Select a Contact or Company list from the left-hand panel.
If your list includes more than two contacts or companies, you’ll see five recommended similar contacts/companies in a preview strip. You can:
Click ’+’ to add a specific suggested contact/company
Click Regenerate to get five new suggestions
Click Add all to add all five suggestions at once
Click Automate to turn the list into a Playlist that updates automatically
Create a Playlist
For Contact Lists
Select a Contact list from the left-hand panel.
Click Automate.
Choose how often you’d like your list to refresh: daily or weekly.
Set the maximum number of contacts to add.
(Optional) Toggle on Auto-show details to automatically reveal emails and/or phone numbers when new contacts are added.
For Company Lists
Select a Company list from the left-hand panel.
Click Automate.
Choose your preferred refresh frequency: daily or weekly.
Set the maximum number of companies to add.
Click Save.
How to Know if Your List is ‘Live’
A Live tag will appear next to the list name.
A green icon will also show beneath the list name in the navigation panel.
How to Edit or Deactivate a Playlist
Click the lightning icon ⚡ in the top-right corner of the list page.
A side panel will open showing your current automations.
Toggle the automation off to deactivate it. You can return at any time to toggle it back on.
Automation Frequency & Limits
At the moment, you can add up to 25 contacts manually. For automated updates, you can choose 10, 25, or 50 contacts daily and 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100 contacts weekly.
Manually - The list will be updated immediately.
Daily - The list will be updated daily, on working days (Monday - Friday)
Weekly - The list will be updated weekly on the day it was activated.
