Your Lusha Dashboard - A Quick Tour

When you first log in to Lusha, you land on the Dashboard. This article is a 4-minute orientation to help you understand what's on your screen and where everything lives.

Getting to the Dashboard

Go to dashboard.lusha.com and log in with your Lusha credentials. If you're using SSO, click Sign in with SSO and enter your company email.

The main areas of the Dashboard

Left navigation panel

This is your main menu, always visible on the left side of the screen. It gives you access to every Lusha product and feature:

  • Prospecting (Lusha Search) - the previous prospecting interface, available during transition

  • Lists - your saved contact and company lists

  • Engage - email sequences and outreach

  • AI Recommendations - AI-generated prospect suggestions based on your activity

  • Integrations - manage your CRM connections and API settings

Top bar

The top bar runs across the top of every screen. It contains: (from left to right)

  1. Credit counter — real-time balance, click for full breakdown including per-user view for Admins

  2. API - shortcut icon to the API hub for developers and RevOps

  3. Team Management- shortcut icon, noted as Admin/Manager only. Manage invites, roles, and credit limits if your plan supports it

  4. Integrations - shortcut icon to CRM connections and automation connectors

  5. Account Settings - shortcut icon for general preferences, payment & subscription, SSO, and tags management

  6. Help & Support — opens our knowledge hub, the Campus. Quick access to our Help Center, API Documentation and our courses

  7. Notifications bell — red dot indicator, feeds of system alerts and important updates

  8. Account menu — avatar dropdown for profile, plan, analytics, our pricing plans page, feature request, and sign out

Home screen widgets

The Dashboard home screen shows an overview of your recent activity and quick-access widgets:

  • Quick search - a shortcut to launch a Workspace or Search query without navigating away

  • Recents - fast access to your recent workspace activity

  • AI Recommendations preview - a snapshot of your latest recommended prospects

Where to go next

Now that you know your way around, here's what most users do first:

  • Start prospecting - drop a quick search and start finding your ICPs in your workspace

  • Install the Extension - add the Lusha Chrome Extension to prospect directly from LinkedIn and your CRM

  • Connect your CRM - go to Integrations to link Salesforce, HubSpot, or another supported CRM

  • Discover our Lusha Plays - Ready-to-run GTM workflows built on Lusha’s verified data and signals for cleaner CRMs and active pipelines.

  • Check your credits - click the credit counter in the top bar to understand your allowance
