To add more credits or seats to your account, upgrade your plan or purchase extra seats using our Pricing Page

Overview

As a Lusha admin, you can manage and upgrade your plan, add additional seats, and adjust the number of renewing credits allocated to your team each billing cycle.

Please note that to increase the number of credits per month, you will need to either upgrade your plan or purchase additional seats.

How it works

In your Lusha account, select your initials in the top right corner and click 'Account & settings', or press 'View plans'.

On your account page, select the 'Payments & Subscription' tab, and click 'Change Plan':

You will be directed to the pricing page and view pricing options for multiple self-service subscriptions.

  • You can then begin the purchasing process for one of the self-service plans by clicking 'Choose plan' next to the desired plan.

  • Continue to the checkout page to complete the process.

πŸ’‘Note: To build your own customized plan, click the 'Contact Sales' button under the Scale plan, and fill in the requested details. The Scale plan is ideal for prospecting at large scales.

Changing your plan (upgrade)

If you decide to upgrade your plan (eg. moving from Professional to Premium or moving from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription), an automatic calculation will be made based on the unused portion of your current plan.

Once you select a new plan, you'll be charged for the price of the new plan minus your usage from your previous plan.

The checkout page will display the amount deducted accordingly. ("Refund for unused plan")

πŸ’‘ Note: Upgrading your plan will initiate a new billing cycle under the new plan.

This means that the renewal date of your new plan will be adjusted to the date of the upgrade, and your former credits will not roll over.

Adding seats and credits to your plan

On the Pricing page, select the total number of seats you would like to have.

Based on your current plan, you will notice that all of the packages with fewer seats or credits than your current plan are grayed out. Select a plan that has more seats than your current plan.

If you change your plan from professional to Premium, that's considered an upgrade, and you'll be able to choose fewer amount of seats than your current plan.

At checkout, you will only be charged for the additional seats you've selected.

Information about the number of added seats and your total plan details, including the renewal date, the total number of seats, and the amount due at renewal, will be displayed on the lower-right side to ensure you have all the necessary information regarding your plan's renewal.

πŸ’‘ Note: When adding seats, it will not trigger a new payment cycle. We apply plan changes according to your current billing cycle, so charges are not prorated. When adding seats or credits to your plan, your credits will continue as usual under your plan.

If you add extra seats or credits during or near the end of your billing cycle, you will be billed for the full amount, with all credits immediately added to your account. Renewal information can be found on the lower-right side of the checkout page.

You can always update or change your credit card information in the Payments & Subscription tab.

If you are using a Scale plan, please contact your CSM to make any changes to your plan.
