Overview
As a Lusha admin, you can manage and upgrade your plan, add additional seats, and adjust the number of renewing credits allocated to your team each billing cycle.
Please note that to increase the number of credits per month, you will need to either upgrade your plan or purchase additional seats.
How it works
In your Lusha account, select your initials in the top right corner and click 'Account & settings', or press 'View plans'.
On your account page, select the 'Payments & Subscription' tab, and click 'Change Plan':
You will be directed to the pricing page and view pricing options for multiple self-service subscriptions.
You can then begin the purchasing process for one of the self-service plans by clicking 'Choose plan' next to the desired plan.
Continue to the checkout page to complete the process.
๐กNote: To build your own customized plan, click the 'Contact Sales' button under the Scale plan, and fill in the requested details. The Scale plan is ideal for prospecting at large scales.
Changing your plan (upgrade)
If you decide to upgrade your plan (eg. moving from Professional to Premium or moving from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription), an automatic calculation will be made based on the unused portion of your current plan.
Once you select a new plan, you'll be charged for the price of the new plan minus your usage from your previous plan.
The checkout page will display the amount deducted accordingly. ("Refund for unused plan")
๐ก Note: Upgrading your plan will initiate a new billing cycle under the new plan.
This means that the renewal date of your new plan will be adjusted to the date of the upgrade, and your former credits will not roll over.
Adding seats and credits to your plan
On the Pricing page, select the total number of seats you would like to have.
Based on your current plan, you will notice that all of the packages with fewer seats or credits than your current plan are grayed out. Select a plan that has more seats than your current plan.
If you switch from a Professional to a Premium plan, it's considered an upgrade, and you'll be able to choose fewer seats than you can with your current plan.
At checkout, you will only be charged for the additional seats/credits you've selected.
โAny additional purchase (either seats and/or credits) will be permanently added to your base plan.
Information about the number of added seats and your plan details, including the renewal date, total number of seats, and amount due at renewal, will be displayed on the right side, under "Order Summary", to ensure you have all the necessary information for your plan's renewal.
๐ก Adding seats does not trigger a new payment cycle. Plan changes are applied to your current billing period, and charges are not prorated.
Your existing credits will continue as usual.
If you add seats or credits mid-cycle or near the end of the period, you will be billed the full amount immediately, and all credits will be added to your account right away.

To update or change your credit card information, head to the Payments & Subscription tab.
If you are using a Scale plan, please get in touch with your Account Manager to make any changes to your plan.
