Admins and managers can set credit limits per user or per group. By doing this, you are able to manage the credit usage of the account.
It is also possible to edit or delete the limit you customize if necessary.

Limit credits per user
To set an annual limit for a single user, please follow the below steps:
Click your account name in the top right corner, then click Team management > Members
Under the Team management tab, select the user you wish to set a limit for and click the 3 dots
Select Set credit limit
In this window, the options are:
Enter the annual limit for the user (0 - 98000)
Remove limit
Navigate to account settings to set a monthly limit
Click Save after adding the credit limit amount.
Limit credits for more than one user
To set an annual limit for more than one user at a time, please follow the below steps:
Click your account name in the top right corner, then click Team management > Members
Identify the users for whom you wish to set a limit by checking the boxes next to their names:
From the upper toolbar, click Bulk Set credit limit
In this window, the options are:
Enter the annual limit for the users (0 - 98000)
Remove limit
Navigate to the account settings to set a monthly limit
Click Save after adding the credit limit amount.
Limit credits for a group
To set an annual limit for a group of users, please follow the below:
Click your account name in the top right corner, then click Team management > Groups
Set a group limit by clicking the 3 dots next to the group you wish to limit > Set a credit limit
Click Save after adding the credit limit amount.
