The inactivity timeout setting automatically logs out team members after a set period of no activity. This adds a security layer that protects your account on shared or non-company devices.

πŸ’‘ Note: This feature is available on Scale plans only. Only Admins can configure this setting. The timeout applies to all users on your account regardless of role.

How to set the inactivity timeout

  1. Log in to your Lusha dashboard and click your name in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Account & Settings β†’ Account Settings.

  3. Find the Inactivity timeout section and click the dropdown to select your timeout duration. You can set it in minutes, hours, or days (up to 60 minutes, 24 hours, or 30 days).

  4. Click Save.

When a session times out, the user will be logged out and will need to sign in again to continue using Lusha.

You're all set β€” the timeout setting takes effect immediately and applies to all team members.
