You can invite team members to your Lusha account from the Team Management section of your dashboard. Invitations can be sent individually or in bulk via CSV upload.
π‘ Note: Only Admins and Managers can send invitations. You can only invite users with the same business email domain as yours. Each invite counts as a seat - you can't invite more users than your plan allows.
How to invite a team member
Go to Team Management in your dashboard.
Click + Invite Members in the upper-right corner.
Enter the user's email address and assign a role.
Press Enter after each email address to add it to the list.
Click Send invite.
The user will receive an invitation by email and in their Lusha dashboard. They must click Join the team to accept.
π‘ Note: If the invitee is already logged in to a Lusha account, they'll see a purple banner at the top of their dashboard. They should click Accept Invitation, then Swap accounts to complete the process.
How to bulk invite users via CSV
Go to Team Management and click + Invite Members.
Click Upload CSV.
Upload a file containing one column of email addresses (up to 500,000).
π‘ Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or cancel them at any time.
How to manage pending invitations
Go to Team Management β Invites tab to view all pending, cancelled, and expired invites (visible for 30 days).
Click the three-dot menu (β¦) next to any invite to resend it, copy the invitation link, move the invitee to a group, or cancel the invitation.
How to free up seats
Each invite uses a seat from your plan. To make space for new members, remove existing users from your account. See Remove a team member from your account for steps.
