Overview

Copy-pasting data directly to HubSpot is time-consuming and prone to manual errors. Lusha’s HubSpot integration automates the sales process without breaking your workflows.

💡 Note: Editing integration settings can only be done by the Lusha account's admin or manager.

Use case

  • Instant and accurate contact enrichment - Instantly enrich your contact’s data on your Hubspot and ensure every contact enriched by Lusha is accurate .and up-to-date.

  • Virtually eliminate manual data errors - Eliminate the need to jump between multiple platforms in order to copy and paste information, increasing risk of data errors.

  • Optimized processes - Automate the sales process to ensure your team has more time to spend reaching out and wastes less time on data entry.

HubSpot Field Mapping

  • Note: you must be a Lusha and HubSpot admin to activate the HubSpot integration

  1. Log in to your Lusha dashboard and tap your name

  2. Click the "Integrations" tab and select HubSpot from the list

  3. After clicking "Connect", you will be directed to the Hubspot login page

4. A login screen will appear asking you to sign in to your CRM. The system will not ask for your credentials if you are already logged in

5. Then, click Continue to field mapping

6. Under the Field mapping environment, you will be presented with 2 types of records:

  • Contacts

  • Companies

Each field can be changed to a different field on your HubSpot side.

The chosen fields allow you to determine which Hubspot field will get enriched by Lusha.

💡 Note: Lusha's default setting is to assign all exported contacts to the Hubspot user that is connected to the integration.

For example, If the HS user connecting HS to Lusha has the ID 12345, the contacts exported to HS will be owned by the HS user 12345.

Push-2-CRM Technologies

Lusha’s Push-2-CRM capabilities include technographic data, supported on all
integration types with Lusha, icluding Hubspot .

Use technology field mapping to understand the prospects' needs, by their current and missing technologies, for a stronger value proposition and build more accurate ICP lists (based on geography, industry, persona, scale, and technology usage).

You can learn more about technographics data here.

Conditional field map feature

Set conditional field mapping in case an email or phone parent field got updated.

Now you can achieve a better enrichment experience and utilize the leads routing process

To create a conditional field:

  • In your Lusha account, navigate to the Field mapping environment

  • Click the Advanced button next to the 'Email 1' and 'Phone 1' fields (under the Lusha fields) to use a conditional enrichment mapping

  • Click the Map dropdown menu, then enter text to describe the value to create predefined fields that will be modified after the field is enriched.

  • To save the changes, click Apply.

  • Once you’re done, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Account export preferences

Admins can select which object types users can export to HubSpot.

I.e. when this toggle is off in the settings tab, users will not be able to save as Contact under a new account, only to existing HubSpot accounts.

You can export up to 100 contacts at a time to Hubspot.

💡Note: The settings will apply to all team members in your account.

To manage the export preferences:

  • In your Lusha account, navigate to the Field mapping environment and open the Settings tab

  • Then, you can choose the object types the users will be able to export to HubSpot

HubSpot Identifiers

The HubSpot Identifiers feature determines which object types already exist in your HubSpot CRM. Using this feature will prevent the use of unnecessary credits and solve the issue of duplications when saving contacts, leads, or accounts to your HubSpot CRM.

Follow these steps to implement Hubspot Identifier:

  • Under the Field mapping environment, navigate to the HubSpot Identifier tab and begin mapping the fields.

HubSpot Identifier logic works with these combinations for accounts:

  1. Company name
    Or

  2. Domain name

HubSpot Identifier logic works with these combinations for leads and contacts:

  1. First name + Last name + Company name
    Or

  2. First name + Last name + Company domain
    Or

  3. Email address

Duplicates are identified if they fall under one of these categories.

💡Note that the admin can change the mapping and add different fields at any time.

Currently, Lusha can identify duplicates within its own objects, such as leads, contacts, or accounts. However, there are other applications and services available that are independent of Lusha but can be used alongside it. These external tools have the ability to detect and merge duplicates within other objects.

Moving forward, Lusha will introduce a new feature to enable duplicate detection within those other objects, effectively eliminating duplications within HubSpot.

Autocomplete settings

Using the autocomplete feature, the account name will be automatically completed based on the account name in your CRM.
