HubSpot identifier (indicator)

How to enable the HubSpot identifier to see which contacts and companies already exist in your CRM before revealing them in Lusha.

The HubSpot identifier shows a HubSpot icon next to any contact or company in Lusha Search that already exists in your HubSpot account. This prevents you from spending credits on records you already have.

πŸ’‘ Note: The HubSpot indicator uses your company's HubSpot API quota, not Lusha's credits.

How to enable the HubSpot identifier

  1. Toggle on Existing HubSpot indicator.

Once enabled, the HubSpot icon appears next to contacts in Search results who already exist in your CRM. For companies, the icon appears in Company Search results only.

You can also toggle on Excluding HubSpot objects. When this is on, contacts that already exist in HubSpot will be skipped during bulk reveal actions - no credits charged for those contacts.

How to set up field mapping for the identifier

  1. Map the fields Lusha should use to check for duplicates.

The identifier checks for duplicates using these field combinations:

Companies: Company name, or domain name.

Contacts: First name + last name + company name or domain, or email address, or phone number.

You're all set β€” the HubSpot icon will now appear in your prospecting results next to any contact that already exists in your CRM.
